Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cable tray, and more particularly, to a clip for binding cables disposed on the cable tray and a cable tray having the same.
For wiring of electric trunk cables or power lines in building construction, a cable tray is generally installed near a ceiling surface, and the electric trunk cables or power lines are laid on the cable tray. For example, in the case of a general building, a plurality of cable trays having a length of 3000 mm can be installed in series from the electrical room to the EPS on each floor.
In general, the operator arranges cables and the like on the cable tray for each circuit, and then binds them to the rung of the cable tray using a wire tie at regular intervals and fixes them.
For the process of binding cables such as trunk lines or power lines to the cable tray as described above, the operator must prepare a sufficient number of wire ties. Wire ties are small in size and can be easily lost because they are easily entangled with other objects. There is a problem in that work efficiency is lowered and work is delayed because it has to be returned to the storage place. In particular, in the case of building construction, since several processes related to building construction must be carried out in order, a delay in one process may cause delay in the entire building construction.
On the other hand, since the cable tray is installed close to the ceiling and the cable is bound thereon, the operator must go up to a high place and perform the bundling work in a location that is hard to reach. There is a demand for a method to reduce the possibility of a safety accident and reduce the time required for construction by making the cable bundling work faster and easier.
In the case of ladder-type cable trays, in general, for the bundling of cables, the method of bundling the rung member of the cable tray and the cable together with a wire tie is used. is extended In order to bind together the rung member and the cable that are orthogonal to each other, there is no choice but to tie the wire tie in a diagonal direction at the point where the rung member and the cable intersect.
When one wire tie is bundled in a diagonal direction, the cable is twisted in a direction forming a right angle to the wire tie, and the wire tie is at an acute angle to the cable, so that the insulation coating of the cable may be relatively easily damaged. To prevent this, a method of tying two wire ties at the same point in a diagonal direction crossing each other may be used, but this has the disadvantage of doubling the cost and time required for the cable bundling operation.
Accordingly, the present invention has been derived to solve the above-described problems, and one aspect of the present invention is a clip for bundling a cable that can improve work efficiency and shorten work time by simplifying the process of bundling a cable to a cable tray, and the It is intended to provide an included cable tray.

The
In the embodiment shown in Figures 2 and 3, the first and second surfaces (11, 12) in contact with the first and second support parts (110) correspond to the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal member (1), and the cable binding clip ( 100) is depicted as being laterally mounted to the
The
In another example not shown, the
The through
More specifically, the binding
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , the through
Since the
When the
That is, as shown in (a) of FIG. 3 , the locking
Here, at least one of the first and
Referring to Figure 3 (b), as the
Referring to (c) of FIG. 3 , when the locking
According to an embodiment, the locking
When the locking
For example, when the binding
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the operator does not need to separately bind the binding
On the other hand, although the

4 and 5 , instead of the
At least one of the first and
That is, as shown in (a) of FIG. 5 , locking

Referring to (c) of Figure 5, when the
According to an embodiment, the locking

Even when the
As such, an embodiment of the present invention can improve work efficiency and shorten work time by simplifying the process of bundling the cable to the cable tray, and can bind the cable in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the cable is extended.
