상기 베이스 하우징(200)은, 상기 베이스 프레임(210)의 외측면에 설치되는 사각테 형상의 제2 외곽패킹(220)이 형성되고 상기 베이스 프레임(210)의 내측면에 설치되어 다른 베이스 프레임(210)과의 사이를 실링하는 사각테 형상의 제2 내곽패킹(240)이 형성되며;
