Description

A HEAT-INSULATION NET}A HEAT-INSULATION NET

The present invention relates to a heat shielding net, which blocks or regulates heat generated by sunlight and external heat to express a heat shielding function.

In general, a shading net that blocks a portion of sunlight is provided and used to implement an optimized plant growth environment by blocking plant cultivation or solar radiation, or to prevent heat stroke of outdoor workers.

However, most of these shading nets are made of black series that absorbs and blocks the reflected heat of solar radiation, which absorbs or blocks visible light necessary for photosynthesis of plants, causing reduced or poor growth of plants, or darkening the workplace. Most of them have low efficiency and high probability of safety accidents, and the weaving structure is very complicated, and the tensile strength is low, so the breakage is also very high.

Such a conventional light-shielding network had many insufficient parts to exhibit the light-shielding or heat-shielding effect of the installation area simply through the light-shielding method.

For example, when sunlight is strongly irradiated, it is also true that there is a problem in that the temperature rises through heat absorption by itself, even if it is possible to block the light.

Despite these problems, heat shielding means for blocking heat are a very scarce reality, and heat shielding films used for agriculture are proposed, or expensive heat shielding films attached to windows of automobiles and houses are used, but some are used. Since it is proposed in the form of a large-scale facility, the cost burden is high and economic feasibility is not suitable.

Accordingly, there is an urgent need to develop a heat shield that can be installed outdoors or in facilities.

Hereinafter, it will be described in detail with reference to the drawings so that those of ordinary skill in the art related to the heat shielding network of the present invention can easily implement it.

1 is an exemplary view showing the weave structure of the heat shielding mesh according to the present invention, Figures 2 and 3 are side cross-sectional views for showing the weave structure of the heat shielding mesh according to the present invention.

1 to 3, the heat-shielding mesh of the present invention is a heat-shielding mesh for blocking or subtracting a portion of sunlight or radiant heat to block heat.

To this end, the material of the weft part and the warp part constituting the heat shielding net is woven with a weft film and a warp mono thread formed at a mixing ratio of 98% to 90% by weight of PE and 2% to 10% by weight of the UV blocker, respectively. .

Here, in manufacturing the weft film and warp mono-yarn applied to the weft and warp parts, when the UV blocking agent is mixed in an amount of less than 2% by weight, the heat shielding effect is reduced, and when it is mixed in more than 10% by weight, the weaving defect rate increases. will occur

Here, when the weft film and the warp monofilament are completed by mixing PE and UV blocking agent, pigments may be further added to express various colors.

This is to enable the expression of various colors to suit the various needs and uses of the installation site, and a representative white color system is applied, but is not limited thereto.

The weft part and the warp part made of the above material are each composed of a plurality of weft yarns and a plurality of warps corresponding thereto and are woven.

In more detail, the first weft yarn is located below the 1st warp, and the basic pattern is that the first weft is woven in a form located above the 2nd and 3rd warps, and is located on the lower side of the 4th warp located immediately next to it. It is woven in the form of being located above the 5th and 6th warp yarns.

In addition, the second weft located next to the lower side of the first weft is located above the first warp, and the basic pattern is that the second weft yarn is located below the second and third warp yarns, and the fourth weft yarn located next It is located on the upper side, and is woven in a form located above the 5th and 6th warp yarns.

It is continuously woven through such a weaving method.

In this case, as described above, the inclined portion is woven with three basic patterns, but in order to increase the binding strength between the warp and the weft yarn according to the weaving, it is preferable to have six warp portions, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Here, the weaving method as described above is described as an example of 6 warps per weft, but is not limited thereto, and the warp forming the warp is preferably composed of 3 to 15 warps.

In addition, the interval between the inclined portions is preferably maintained at 5 mm to 30 mm, where the interval between the inclined portions refers to the interval between the first inclination of the inclined portion and the first inclination of another adjacent inclined portion.

In addition, the weft yarn is formed in a film shape constituting a width of 2mm to 5mm, and is completed by folding 2 to 3 layers in the width direction of the film shape.

At this time, the folding of the weft yarn in 2 to 3 layers is to apply the heat shielding rate required at the installation site through control of the density and thickness of the weft yarn to be woven.

For example, the heat shielding rate is higher when folded in 3 layers than when folded in 2 layers, and can be applied according to various heat shielding ratios according to the above-described mixing ratio of the UV blocker and folding of the weft film. it is for

This is to make it possible to manufacture in response to the various heat shielding rates required at the installation site.

The heat shielding mesh of the present invention may be woven according to another embodiment.
