Description
The present invention relates to a wearable device, and more particularly, to a wrist wearable device such as a smart watch.
In general, a smartphone terminal is a multimedia integrated device that is indispensable to modern people, and unlike the mobile phone terminal of the past, it aims to perform various functions such as the Internet, applications, TV, navigation, and SNS in addition to calling functions.
In order to implement various functions, the size of the smartphone terminal increases as the display becomes larger to implement various functions, so it is inconvenient to carry when wearing simple clothes such as for a walk or exercise, and problems of theft and loss occur.
Furthermore, when carrying a smartphone terminal in a bag, etc., there is the inconvenience of taking out the smartphone terminal to make incoming and outgoing calls or use the message function, and it is difficult to hear the vibration or ringtone of the smartphone terminal in the bag. There is a problem that I cannot receive incoming calls and messages.
In order to solve this problem, a band-type portable terminal has been proposed.
Examples of wearing a 'band-type mobile terminal' like clothes or accessories have been suggested, and smart devices in the form of a wristwatch worn on the wrist or arm are being released. A wristwatch-type smart device (aka 'smart watch') is small and light, so it can be worn on the wrist at all times to check incoming calls or messages, increasing portability.
However, since the power supply for operating the device is formed only in the functional part, the conventional band-type mobile terminal has a disadvantage in that the use time is short because the amount of power supply is limited, and it is very cumbersome to charge when all the power is consumed during outdoor activities. There was a problem.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a wearable device capable of extending the use time by having a battery part built-in in the band part and power is supplied to the functional part side through the battery part of the band part.
In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a wearable device capable of preventing the connection between the functional part and the band part from being oxidized by the input of foreign substances such as moisture or sweat from the human body or leakage of electricity therethrough.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a functional unit having a first terminal unit; and a band portion in which a receiving portion on which the functional portion is seated is formed and a flexible battery is provided therein, wherein the accommodation portion includes: a guide portion forming a sidewall corresponding to the shape of the functional portion; and a second terminal part electrically connected to the first terminal part on one side of the guide part; is provided.
In addition, the guide part may be formed so that the elasticity of one side provided with the second terminal part is smaller than that of the other side facing the second terminal part.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail so that those of ordinary skill in the art can easily carry out the present invention. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In order to clearly explain the present invention in the drawings, parts irrelevant to the description are omitted, and the same reference numerals are added to the same or similar elements throughout the specification.
Referring to FIG. 1 , a
The
In addition, one side of the
As shown in FIG. 2 , the
Here, the
At this time, the
To this end, one
As described above, one
In this case, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , when the
At this time, since the first
In addition, when the
The
The
The
The
Here, the negative electrode current collector 226a and the positive electrode
In this case, the
Here, the nanofiber web layer 225b may be a nanofiber containing at least one selected from polyacrylonitrile nanofibers and polyvinylidene fluoride nanofibers.
And, the polyacrylonitrile nanofibers of the nanofiber web layer 225b may have an average diameter of 0.1 to 2 μm, preferably 0.1 to 1.0 μm.
This is because, if the average diameter of the nanofibers is less than 0.1 μm, the separator may not have sufficient heat resistance, and if it exceeds 2 μm, the mechanical strength of the separator is excellent, but the elasticity of the separator may be rather reduced. .
In addition, the nonwoven fabric constituting the
Here, the nonwoven layer may further include an inorganic additive, and the inorganic additive is SiO, SnO, SnO 2 , PbO 2 , ZnO, P 2 O 5 , CuO, MoO, V 2 O 5 , B 2 O 3 , Si 3 N 4 , CeO 2 , Mn 3 O 4 , Sn 2 P 2 O 7 , Sn 2 B 2 O 5 , Sn 2 BPO 6 , TiO 2 , BaTiO 3 , Li 2 O, LiF, LiOH, Li 3 N, It may include one or more selected from BaO, Na 2 O, Li 2 CO 3 , CaCO 3 , LiAlO 2 , SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 and PTFE.
And the inorganic particles as the inorganic additive may have an average particle diameter of 10 to 50 nm, preferably 10 to 30 nm, and more preferably 10 to 20 nm.
In addition, the average thickness of the separator may be 10 ~ 100㎛, preferably 10 ~ 50㎛.
This is because if the average thickness of the separator is less than 10 μm, the separator is too thin to ensure long-term durability of the separator due to repeated bending and/or unfolding of the battery, and if it exceeds 100 μm, it is disadvantageous to thinning the flexible battery. It is preferable to have an average thickness within the above range.
And, the nonwoven layer is preferably formed to have an average thickness of 10 ~ 30㎛, preferably 15 ~ 30㎛, and the nanofiber web layer has an average thickness of 1 ~ 5㎛.
The positive electrode current collector and/or the negative electrode current collector may be made of a thin metal foil, formed in a band shape having a predetermined length, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel, titanium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, zinc, It may be made of a metal foil made of molybdenum, tungsten, silver, gold, and combinations thereof.
The positive
In addition, the negative
On the other hand, the positive electrode
The
To this end, the
The
At this time, the
That is, the
More specifically, the peaks and valleys of the
At this time, as shown in FIG. 9 , in the
Accordingly, in the flexible battery 120 according to an embodiment of the present invention, contraction and relaxation in the longitudinal direction when bending is easily made through the
Due to this, even when a repetitive load is applied during the repetitive bending of the
In addition, the
Meanwhile, the
That is, the
Here, the
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 11 , the
As shown in FIG. 13 , the
In this state, it can be conveniently worn on the user's wrist through a separate fixing means (not shown) provided to correspond to each other in the
