Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a three-part mold without a wire implementing a wire function and a bra manufacturing method using the same.
A bra is a type of women's underwear and is configured to include a dome-shaped pad cup. Accordingly, by accommodating the breast part through the pad for women, it is possible to protect the breast and prevent sagging at the same time.
In a conventional bra, a wire is inserted into a portion of the periphery of the pad so that the shape of the pad is not disturbed. However, since the wire is formed of a metal or silicon material, it may cause an uncomfortable wearing feeling, or when the wire protrudes out of the pad, it may cause a contact allergy to the skin. In addition, when the bra is used for a long period of time, the wire has a problem in that it is difficult to maintain the shape of the pad because the shape is deformed.
Accordingly, in recent years, a wireless (Wireless) bra has been developed. However, in the case of a general wireless bra, the power to support the lower part of the chest is insufficient, and thus the function of correcting the shape of the chest or increasing the volume is insufficient. In addition, since there is no separate structure for maintaining the shape of the wireless bra, there is a problem in that the pad spreads to both sides or it is difficult to maintain the shape.
In addition, the conventional wireless bra does not include a metal wire, and there are many cases where a wire made of a hard material such as silicon or plastic is attached, so that there is still a problem in wearability.
Therefore, in the development of a wireless bra with improved wearing comfort because there is no wire of any material, there is a demand for the development of a wireless pad that can easily maintain the shape of the pad while correcting the shape of the chest with volume.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire-free three-part mold implementing a wire function capable of forming a plurality of pad patterns on a pad while simplifying the process, and a method for manufacturing a bra using the same.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a wire-free three-part mold implementing a wire function capable of easily maintaining the shape of a pad even if a separate wire is not inserted, and a method of manufacturing a bra using the same.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a wire-free three-part mold that implements a wire function capable of improving a breast correction effect by forming different volumes of a plurality of pad patterns, and a method of manufacturing a bra using the same.

The second member 130A_2 may be disposed on one side of the first member 130A_1 . The second member 130A_2 may be made of a material that is harder than the first member 130A_1 and has elasticity. Accordingly, the second member 130A_2 can be easily deformed in shape according to the shape of the chest and can stably support the chest. For example, the second member 130A_2 may be made of polyurethane, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The third member 130A_3 may be disposed on one side of the second member 130A_2 . The conventional wireless bra lacks the power to support the lower part of the chest, and lacks the functionality of correcting the shape of the chest or increasing the volume. In addition, since there is no separate structure for maintaining the shape of the wireless bra, there is a problem in that the pad spreads to both sides or it is difficult to maintain the shape.

Referring back to FIGS. 8A to 9B , each of the plurality of pad patterns may have a volume. Specifically, the volume of each of the plurality of pad patterns is an air gap ( AG) and the corresponding volume.
For example, the volume of the first pad pattern 130B_1 may have a volume corresponding to the air gap AG1 between the
When the
Referring back to FIGS. 8A to 9B , the volume of the plurality of pad patterns may increase from the first pad pattern 130B_1 toward the third pad pattern 130B_3 . That is, the volume of the first pad pattern 130B_1 may be the smallest among the plurality of pad patterns, and the volume of the third pad pattern 130B_3 may be the largest.
As described above, when the
Specifically, as the

In a conventional bra, a wire is inserted around the pad in order to maintain the shape of the pad and increase the breast correction effect. However, in the case of a bra in which a wire is inserted, it may cause an uncomfortable fit for the user or skin troubles due to the wire. In addition, when the wire bra is used for a long period of time, the shape of the pad is deformed according to the deformation of the wire, so that it is difficult to obtain the effect of wearing the bra.
Accordingly, according to the present invention, the wire-free
