상하로 개방된 공간부를 제공하며, 지지파이프를 향하는 면에, 상호 평행한 다수의 끼움슬릿을 가지고 외장패널과 결합하는 소켓과;
상기 소켓과 지지파이프의 사이에 개재되는 내진 및 단열성 부재로서, 일측에는 상기 끼움슬릿에 슬라이딩 방식으로 삽입 고정되는 삽입고정부를 가지고, 지지파이프를 향하는 면에는 지지파이프와 선접촉하는 밀착톱니부를 구비한 열차단형내진패드가 포함되고,
