Abstract
본 발명에 따른 제지 슬러지 소각재를 포함하는 아스팔트 도로포장용 채움재 조성물은 도로 포장 시공 후 신속하게 안정적인 조기강도 및 장기 강도를 발현할 뿐만 아니라 기존 도로에서 요구하는 물리적 특성을 만족할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.

- 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로,
석회석 20 내지 70중량부;
석탄을 연소시키고 난 뒤에 나오는 부산물로서 연소로 바닥에 남아있는 바닥재인 석탄재 20 내지 80중량부;
플라이애쉬 100 내지 2,000중량부;
고로슬래그 100 내지 700중량부;
칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 40중량부;
벤토나이트 20 내지 120중량부;
나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 30중량부;
섬유 1 내지 20중량부;
소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부;
탄산칼슘 0.01 내지 2중량부; 및
탈황용 석회분진 5 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 아스팔트 도로포장용 채움재 조성물에,
푸탈산 수지 니스를 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하고,
디부틸프탈레이트를 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며,
3-메르캅토프로필트리메톡시실란을 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하고,
겔라이트 미분말을 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하며,
돌로스톤을 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
알루민산 칼슘을 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하며,
메타규산나트륨을 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 1 내지 5중량부로 더 포함하고,
푸르푸릴알코올을 제지 슬러지 소각재 100중량부 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량부로 더 포함하며,
