Claims (5)

과일을 수용하기 위해 내부에 공간을 가지며, 상부에는 개방된 입구(11)가 형성되고, 하부에는 개방된 출구(12)가 형성되는 용기(10);
상기 용기(10)의 상부 탈착되는 것으로, 상기 용기(10) 입구(11)의 개폐를 결정하는 덮개(20);
상기 용기(10)의 하부 내측에 위치되어 상기 용기(10)에 수용된 과일의 건더기를 거르는 제1거름망(30);
상기 용기(10)에 수용된 과일을 분쇄하고, 그 분쇄되는 과일을 상기 제1거름망(30)에 압착하여 과일 건더기는 상기 제1거름망(30)에 걸려 수집되게 하고 나머지 반고형 형태의 과일은 상기 제1거름망(30)을 통과하여 상기 용기(10)의 출구(12)로 배출되도록 유도하는 분쇄수단(40);
상기 용기(10)의 하부에 탈착되어 상기 용기(10) 출구(12)의 개폐를 결정하되, 끝단에는 유아가 상기 분쇄수단(40)을 통해 분쇄된 반고형의 과일을 용이하게 섭취할 수 있도록 젖꼭지(51)가 형성되는 수유 캡(50); 및
상기 수유 캡(50)에 탈착되는 것으로, 상기 젖꼭지(51)의 외부 노출을 방지하는 마개(60);를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 분쇄수단(40)은 상기 용기(10) 내부에 수용되되, 상기 제1거름망(30)의 상부에 위치되며, 하부에는 접촉되는 과일을 분쇄하는 다수의 분쇄날(41a)이 형성되는 분쇄판(41)과, 상기 덮개(20)의 중심에 결합 고정되며, 내부에는 수직으로 관통되는 암나사공(42a)이 형성되는 안내부재(42)와, 일단은 상기 안내부재(42)의 암나사공(42a)을 관통하여 상기 분쇄판(41)과 연결되고, 타단에는 손잡이(43a)가 형성되며, 외주면에는 상기 암나사공(42a)과 체결되는 나사산(43b)이 형성되어 일 방향 또는 타 방향으로 회전되면서 상기 안내부재(42)를 타고 승·하강하되, 일단에 연결되는 상기 분쇄판(41)과 함께 회전되면서 승·하강하는 승강부재(43)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생과일 주스 제조 멜로디 젖병.
