Description

엔진겸용 전기굴삭기{engine combined use electric excavator}Electric excavator combined with engine

The present invention relates to a combined-engine electric excavator, which has an electric motor and an engine, respectively, uses the engine while driving, and operates the electric motor during operation to perform work.

In more detail, an electric motor is further installed in the excavator equipped with an engine, and power is supplied by connecting a cable to the electric motor, but the operator selectively operates the engine and the electric motor using the mode conversion unit, and It relates to an electric excavator combined with an engine that is easy to work and furthermore is safe by allowing a worker to know the connection state of a power supplying cable and the moving distance.

In general, an excavator is equipped with an appropriate work device according to the condition of soil and rock, work type and purpose, and digging or stacking work at various construction sites such as civil engineering and construction, dismantling of buildings, cladding work, ground It is a construction machine that can do a variety of tasks, such as tidying up and tidying up.

Such an excavator is composed of a wheel type and a crawler type, and an engine or a main pump for driving is mounted, and a boom cylinder, an arm cylinder, a bucket cylinder, etc. are also configured for work.

Recently, there are also electric excavators that use electricity.

Such an electric excavator includes a method in which a battery and an electric motor are provided, and a method in which a separate power supply device is installed and the power supply device and the excavator are connected so that the operation is performed.

However, excavators using batteries have a short battery life and take a considerable amount of charging time compared to the working time. There is a problem with cost.

For example, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1031027, developed by the inventor of the present application, is a device for supplying power to an electric excavator and for easy length adjustment.

이러한 장치는 전력선을 통해 전력을 수신받아 공급하는 전력수신부: 지면으로부터 일정한 높이를 갖게 설치되는 기둥과 상기 기둥 상부에 설치되어 상하 방향 일정하게 회전하되 길이 방향 삽탈되며 길이를 조절하는 다수개의 붐과 상기 붐의 삽탈 간격에 맞추어 승강하며 무게 중심을 조정하는 무게 중심부재와 상기 붐에 설치되어 전력선을 안내하는 다수개의 전력선 안내부재를 포함하는 전력공급부: 로 이루어지며, Such a device is a power receiving unit that receives and supplies power through a power line: a pillar installed to have a certain height from the ground and a plurality of booms installed on the pillar and constantly rotated in the vertical direction, but are inserted and removed in the longitudinal direction and adjust the length, and the above A power supply unit comprising: a weight center member for adjusting the center of gravity while ascending and descending according to the insertion and removal interval of the boom; and a plurality of power line guide members installed on the boom to guide the power line;

The open center material comprises a heavy guide rail disposed along a pillar, a heavy object elevating along the heavy guide rail, a heavy wire connecting the boom end and the heavy object, and a support roller for guiding the heavy wire, the boom is Inside the bin, it is formed in each shape with a withdrawal detection sensor that can check the length of the boom, and the surface is smooth so that a plurality of booms can be inserted and coupled to each other. By adjusting the length while being inserted or removed, the length is adjusted according to the state in which the power receiver moves away from or closer to the power supply, and power is supplied to the power receiver through the power line.

Attached Figure 6 is to prevent twisting of the cable of the present invention, so that the connection part to which the cable is connected is erected, but the connection part 222 is equipped with a twist prevention part 224 composed of a bearing or a slip ring, etc. .

The following describes the operation process of the present invention.

The worker operates the diesel engine to move to the workshop, and when he arrives at the workshop, he operates the operation mode conversion unit 300 to work using the electric motor 140 .

When the operator switches the operation mode from the diesel engine to the electric motor, the control unit 10 outputs a message to check whether the start of the diesel engine 120 is in the OFF state through the time display unit and/or the audio output unit, and the engine operation It is to receive the operating state of the diesel engine from the detection unit (440).

If the ignition is not in the OFF state, the engine is turned off through the time display unit 20 and the audio output unit 40, and if the engine is in the OFF state, the control unit 10 receives the signal of the cable connection state detection unit 402 and Check if the cable is connected.

Based on the data, that is, the length of the wound is calculated and displayed on the time display unit 20 .

For example, in the present invention, the remaining length is calculated from the reel diameter and the number of times the cable is wound.

On the other hand, the present invention sets the minimum length of the cable remaining on the reel, and if the remaining length is shorter than this reference remaining length, the control unit 10 outputs a warning signal through the time display unit 20 and the lunar output unit 40 will be.

After completing the work or when moving to another workplace, the operator operates the operation mode conversion unit to switch from the electric motor to the diesel engine operation mode, and the control unit 10 cuts off the supplied electricity.

After the electricity supply is cut off, the control unit 10 receives a signal from the motor operation detection unit 460 to determine whether the electric motor has stopped operation, and receives the signal to the connection state detection unit 402 of the cable and connects the signal. The cable removal message is output through the display unit and the audio output unit to be removed.
