상기 엄지수축탄성부에 장력을 제공하고 손목 인대를 보호할 수 있도록 상기 수축탄성부의 단부에서 연장되어 손목을 감싸는 손목아대부와;
상기 엄지수축탄성부의 탄성력을 조절할 수 있도록 엄지수축탄성부와 상기 손목아대부 사이에 설치되는 탄성조절부;를 구비하고,
상기 탄성조절부는 엄지수축탄성부의 폭과 대응되는 길이를 형성하고 엄지수축탄성부가 일정길이 삽입되도록 길이방향을 따라 개구가 형성된 내부가 빈 원통형의 본체와, 상기 본체보다 작은 직경을 가지고 상기 본체의 축방향으로 상기 본체 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되며 단부에 사용자가 파지하여 회전시킬 수 있는 손잡이가 구비되고 외주면에 상기 엄지수축탄성부가 걸려 고정될 수 있는 걸림돌기가 적어도 하나 이상 구비된 회전조절봉을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물리치료사용 손보호대.
