The present invention relates to a bonding method of an aluminum plate and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite plate, and more particularly, an aluminum plate and carbon fiber reinforced material for joining a steel plate and a CFRP composite plate using high-frequency heating as a heat source without separate bonding or fastening parts. It relates to a bonding method of a plastic composite plate.
In general, in order to overlap and bond two metal plates to each other in the industrial field, laser welding using a laser beam output from a laser oscillator or electric resistance welding using a spot welding machine is mainly applied.
1 is a laser welding process diagram by a general laser welding system.
Referring to FIG. 1 , in a general laser welding system for welding a steel sheet material using a laser beam LB, a

On the other hand, recently, in accordance with the trend of high strength and light weight of the car body, it is frequently used as a car body material consisting of a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP: CARBON FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS, hereinafter referred to as CFRP) as well as a metal plate or non-ferrous metal plate. lost.
CFRP using carbon fiber has excellent strength, modulus, lightness, and stability, so it is in the spotlight as one of the main materials in aviation and automobile fields that require high performance. It is expected that the production amount of CFRP will increase dramatically.
In particular, CFRP in the automobile industry is mainly used by manufacturing carbon fiber as a core of resin such as epoxy or plastic. That is, CFRP is a high-tech composite material that is attracting attention as a lightweight material with high strength and high elasticity, and is a non-metal material, which is manufactured by manufacturing carbon fibers in a winding shape or a fabric shape, and then impregnated with resins to harden them.
In this CFRP, resins have excellent hardness, but are easily broken due to weak tensile strength.
In addition, carbon fiber can be reduced in weight by 1/4 of the weight of steel of the same volume, and its tensile strength is 10 times stronger, which is advantageous for securing rigidity and has good formability.
However, in order to apply CFRP as described above to a vehicle body, it must be possible to join a steel plate or an aluminum plate applied to a part that is difficult to replace it. There is a disadvantage, and mechanical bonding is mainly performed using bonding or fastening parts.
In particular, for bonding or mechanical bonding according to the conventional bonding method between an aluminum plate and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite plate, the dimensions must be considered from the design stage so as not to deviate from the design dimensions, and accordingly, there is a disadvantage in that the degree of freedom in the layout is low. Research and development of methods is an urgent issue.
The matters described in the background section as described above are prepared to enhance the understanding of the background of the invention, and may include matters that are not already known to those of ordinary skill in the art to which this technology belongs.
An embodiment of the present invention is a state in which an aluminum plate and a CFRP composite plate are overlapped without a separate bonding or fastening part and pressed together using the magnetic force of an electromagnetic magnet, and the boiling point of the aluminum plate and the CFRP composite plate through high-frequency induction heating ) to provide a bonding method between an aluminum plate and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite plate that is joined using the difference.

In addition, in the heat bonding step, the amount of heat input by the heat source may be set within the range of 2 kJ/min to 2.4 kJ/min.
In addition, in the heating bonding step, the high-frequency heater may heat the high-frequency heater close to the aluminum plate by driving the working cylinder driven back and forth forward.
In addition, the boiling point of the CFRP composite plate may be set at a temperature lower than the melting point of the aluminum plate.
In addition, the boiling point of the CFRP composite plate may be set within a temperature range of 240 ℃ ~ 260 ℃.

By heating the CFRP composite plate to the boiling point by And by bonding to solidify, it is easier to implement an automated line compared to bonding, adhesive taping, or mechanical bonding, and there is an advantage in that there is no need to consider design dimensions because bonding auxiliary materials such as fastening parts can be excluded.
In addition, the bonding bonding has the advantage that there is no variation in bonding strength depending on the ambient temperature, while maintaining the static temperature of the adhesive.
