삽입사는 HDPE(High Density Polyethylene)를 압출기에 넣고 압출하여 0.03∼0.05mm 두께로 압출하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 폭 1.8∼2.0mm 로 세절하여 필름사를 제조하고, 상기 필름사를 연신기에 투입하고, 연신하여 0.8∼1.0mm 되는 실로 제조하고,
상기 결속사(10)를 경편기에 공급하여 일정간격으로 배치하여 길이방향으로 편환(11)을 형성하고, 결속사에 형성된 편환사이에 삽입사(20)를 공급하여 삽입사의 반환부(21)가 결속사 편환에 결합되면서 결속사사이에 지그재그 형상으로 결합되게 편성함으로써, 편성된 망지의 신축성과 유연성이 향상되게 한 망유연성과 피복밀착성이 양호한 포장망지.
