창틀의 레일 상에 설치되며, 창문이 개폐될 때 일측 끝단이 상기 창문의 측면에 경사지게 설치된 오름 판의 표면을 타고 승강하게 되는 덮개 및 상기 창틀의 레일 상에서 상기 덮개와 동일 선상에 설치되되, 저면이 상기 레일에 끼움 결합되며, 일측 끝단은 경첩을 통해 상기 덮개의 타측 끝단과 연결되는 덮개 지지대를 포함하여 구성된다.
바람직하게 상기 오름 판의 표면에 밀착 접면되어 승강하게 되는 상기 덮개의 일측 끝단 내면은 절개되어 경사면을 이루도록 구성될 수 있다.
