Description
This specification relates to a compressor. More particularly, it relates to a linear compressor that compresses a refrigerant by a linear reciprocating motion of a piston.
In general, a compressor refers to a device configured to compress a working fluid such as air or a refrigerant by receiving power from a power generating device such as a motor or a turbine. Compressors are widely applied to the overall industry, home appliances, in particular, a vapor compression refrigeration cycle (hereinafter referred to as a 'refrigeration cycle').
Such a compressor may be classified into a reciprocating compressor, a rotary compressor (rotary compressor), and a scroll compressor according to a method of compressing the refrigerant.
A reciprocating compressor is a method in which a compression space is formed between a piston and a cylinder and the piston moves in a linear reciprocating motion to compress a fluid. It is a method of compressing the fluid by rotating a pair of scrolls in engagement.
Recently, among reciprocating compressors, the use of a linear compressor using a linear reciprocating motion without using a crankshaft is gradually increasing. The linear compressor has advantages in that the efficiency of the compressor is improved because the mechanical loss involved in converting the rotary motion into a linear reciprocating motion is small, and the structure is relatively simple.
The linear compressor is configured such that a cylinder is positioned inside a casing forming a closed space to form a compression chamber, and a piston covering the compression chamber reciprocates within the cylinder. In a linear compressor, the fluid in the enclosed space is sucked into the compression chamber when the piston is positioned at the bottom dead center (BDC), and the fluid in the compression chamber is sucked into the compression chamber when the piston is positioned at the top dead center (TDC, Top Dead Center). The process of being compressed and discharged is repeated.

First, when a current is applied to the driving unit 130 , a magnetic flux may be formed in the outer stator 131 by the current flowing through the coil 132b. The magnetic flux formed in the outer stator 131 generates an electromagnetic force, and the mover 135 having a permanent magnet may reciprocate linearly by the generated electromagnetic force. This electromagnetic force is generated in the direction (forward direction) of the

When the
The
As the suction stroke and compression stroke of the

As such, when the refrigerant sucked through the suction pipe 114) is mixed with the refrigerant accommodated in the receiving
The temperature of the refrigerant accommodated in the
And when the gaseous refrigerant is sucked through the
Therefore, when the temperature of the refrigerant in the

The

In addition, the
The
The

The refrigerant gas sucked through the
As described above, the refrigerant gas inside the
However, in the
In addition, the inner diameter of the inlet of the
When explaining the reason for the need for the mixing of the refrigerant gas, the
That is, the refrigerant gas may be replenished through the spaced apart space between the inlet of the
In addition, the
6 is a diagram showing the temperature of the refrigerant sucked in FIG. 4 along a path.
Referring to FIG. 6 , the refrigerant gas in the
Therefore, compared with the graph shown in FIG. 3 , it can be seen that the temperature of the refrigerant gas at the inlet of the
As a result, comparing the temperature of the refrigerant gas in the

In addition, the
Accordingly, the refrigerant gas discharged from the

In the suction guide 220-1 of the compressor 200-1 according to another embodiment of the present specification, a
Previously, during the suction stroke of the
In this case, the refrigerant gas in the
