The automatic skin peeling device of the present technology includes; a peeling means for peeling an object, wherein the peeling means includes: a first peeling skin for peeling the object by acting on a portion larger than a set size; and a second peeling skin that peels off the object by acting on a portion smaller than the set size.
Description
The present invention relates to an automatic peeling device, and more particularly, to an automatic peeling device for peeling vegetables such as radishes.
Bulbous is a crop that forms a spherical storage organ in the ground. There are various kinds of radish, carrot, garlic, onion, etc. Among them, radish is one of the most used vegetables in Korea, and is used in various recipes in various menus.
Radish needs to be processed before going into cooking. Since it is a root, the soil on the surface must be removed and the skin must be peeled off.
To this end, in the prior art, after a washing process, a person directly held the blade in his hand to cut the radish. At this time, it was possible to rotate the radish, and it was also possible to cut the radish by directly acting on the surface of the rotating radish by holding the blade firmly.
However, this method is very labor intensive. It goes against the trend of various devices becoming automated and artificial intelligence. It is disadvantageous in terms of time and cost, and there is also a risk of a safety accident in which the blade is thrown out by the rotating body if the blade is lost in the hand.
In order to solve this problem, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0024068 shows an automatic skin peeling device. It is to peel the skin of radish automatically by rotating and contacting the blade with constant pressure on the outer surface of the rotating radish fixed on the vertical axis of rotation.
The prior patent also shows a technique for allowing the blade to act on a non-surface with a constant pressure using a spring. This is because the shape and size of radishes vary, so it is necessary to peel the radish to a certain thickness.
However, when operating the actual device, it is not easy to peel off the skin with a certain thickness, contrary to expectations.
Aside from this, the shape of each radish is different, so there are many cases where there are shaded areas where peeling is not done.
A device capable of faster and more consistent peeling is required, and the existing techniques including the prior patent do not provide a technique that satisfies the consistency of peeling while being quick at the same time.
The inventor of the present invention has completed the present invention after long research and trial and error in order to solve these problems.

For peeling, the peeling means 110 includes a
The
The
The skinned object placed on the conveying unit rises with the upward movement of the conveying unit and enters the peeling position (P).
The transfer unit may include tongs provided symmetrically left and right as shown in the drawing so that the skinned object does not escape to the outside during the upward movement. The tongs have a structure that can pick up the skinned object placed on the transfer unit.
The holding unit 130 rotatably fixes the
Both ends of the object to be peeled are rotatably fixed by holding units. To this end, the holding unit 130 includes a
The
The holding parts are provided in a structure capable of rotating the skinned object fixed therebetween so that the skinned object is fixed in the skinning position and rotated in place at the same time. The direction of rotation is referred to by reference numeral R in the drawings. A motor and bearing structures for rotation in the R direction may be provided.
As will be described later, when the object to be peeled is fixed at the location to be peeled, the peeling means is transferred from the first position (Pa) to the second position (Pb) while peeling the object rotating in the R direction.
The
As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C , the
The time point at which the holding part fixes the skinned object is immediately after completion of the upward movement of the transfer part. That is, immediately after the transfer unit moves upward and enters the skinned object into the skinning position, the holding unit fixes the skinned object at the skinning position. When the fixing by the holding part is completed, the conveying part moves downward to the original position.
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 2 to 3 , a process of peeling an object to be peeled at a peeling position will be described in detail.

Fig. 2a shows its front view and Fig. 2b shows its side view, respectively.
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B , the skinning means 110 rotates in place and directly acts on the surface of the first
The first peeled skin and the second peeled skin have different methods of peeling. The first peeling skin is a method of grinding the surface of the object to be peeled to a certain depth and peeling it, and the second peeling skin is a method of cutting the surface of the object to be peeled (think of a potato knife as if cutting the surface of a fruit with excessive use). .
The first
A first foil skin is referred to in a direction to rotate in place, with the drawing R B. As the first foil skin is rotated at a high speed by R B direction, this first foil peeling means (110) that is provided with the skin is transferred to the D1 direction, as a result, the transferred to a night skin D1 direction peel object peel off
At this time, as described above, since the skinned object rotates in the R direction in place, all surfaces through which the first skinned skin passes are peeled off.
The second thinning

The fixed
In the present invention, an exemplary embodiment having two fixed blades is mainly examined, but the present invention is not limited to the number. For example, only one fixed blade may be mounted on the arm portion, and a larger number of blades may be mounted as needed.
As shown in the figure, when two or more fixed blades are mounted, they are mounted vertically spaced apart from each other, and at this time, the efficiency of peeling can be greatly increased by varying the angle at which they are mounted. This is so that the angle at which the peeling surface of the rotating peeling object enters with respect to each of the fixed blades becomes the sharpest. That is, the fixed
In order for these fixed blades to directly contact and act on the skinning surface (so that the surface of the skinned object can be shaved by being in close contact with the skin as much as possible), the arm unit is provided to enable vertical and horizontal tilting motions.
A direction in which the
A direction in which the
Vegetables such as radishes are not ideal cylindrical and have a rough outer surface, so the efficiency of peeling can be improved by making the fixed blades capable of rotating in the vertical direction (seesaw motion) and rotating in the left and right direction (tilt motion) as described above. can
On the other hand, an elastic member (not shown) serving to press the fixed blades toward the object to be peeled may be further provided in the peeling means so as to be in close contact during the peeling process. The pressing direction is referred to as D3 in the drawing. For example, an elastic member such as a spring has one end connected to a fixed end and the other end connected to a free end (referred to as B in the drawing) so that the fixed blades are constantly pressed in the direction toward the skinned object.
Let's look at the peeling process through the above-described peeling means in more detail.
3 is a view showing in detail a skin peeling process by a skin peeling means according to an embodiment of the present invention over time.
As shown in Figure 3a, the peeling begins, and the peeling is finished as shown in Figure 3c through Figure 3b. Each corresponds to a top view of the automatic peeling device.
First, referring to FIG. 3A , the
The skinning means peels the skinned object while sliding along the
Specifically, the rotation in the rotating days are R B direction of the
The translational trajectory of the first peeled skin is consistent throughout the entire peeling process. Reference is made to A2 in the drawings. It is well seen that the translational movement trajectory of the first peeled skin is consistent over FIGS. 3A to 3C .
The predetermined radius r2 of the skinned object may be a value set by the user.
As an example, the user may set r2 to 5 cm, and in this case, the peeling means may position the first peeling skin at a position that allows the first peeling skin to peel the areas larger than 5 cm in a radius of the skinned object . That is, the distance from A1 to A2 may be adjusted according to the set predetermined radius r2. On the other hand, the r1 value corresponds to a fixed value as a value corresponding to the rotation radius of the first peeled skin.
Users who want to peel with a smaller diameter can set r2 to be small, and users who want to peel with a larger diameter can set r2 to be large. r2 is generally determined according to the size of the object to be peeled. For example, when peeling a large-sized radish, r2 may be set to be large, and when peeling a small-sized radish, r2 may be set to be small.
Of course, if a separate size determination device is provided in the automatic skin peeling device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the r2 value may be set by automatically determining the size of the skinned object without the user setting one by one.
Unlike the coherent trajectory of the first skin, the
Therefore, the
In Fig. 3a, the introduction part (such as the head of a radish) of the dermabrasion object smaller than r2 is peeled, in Fig. 3b the middle part of the dermabrasion object smaller than r2 is peeled, and in Fig. 3c the dermabrasion object smaller than r2 It is well seen that the tail part of the squash (like the root part of radish) is peeled off. In the figure, the portion peeled off by the first skinned skin is referred to as PD1, and the portion peeled off by the second skinned skin is referred to as PD2.
In this way, the second skinned skin may be peeled off to a portion that the first skinned skin could not peel.
In addition, since the second skinned skin is provided so that a left and right tilting motion (a tilting motion in the R T2 direction) is possible, regardless of the inclination of the introduction portion of the skinned object or the inclination of the tail portion of the skinned object, the It adheres to the surface and can peel off the object. In FIG. 3A , it is well seen that the second skinned skin is tilted clockwise and adhered to the peeling surface, and in FIG. 3C, the second peeled skin is tilted counterclockwise and closely adhered to the skinned surface.
In this way, when the skinning means peels off an object to be peeled, the first peeling skin peels a portion larger than the set size r2, and the second peeling skin peels a portion smaller than the set size r2, so that the uneven surface It is possible to peel the skinned object with a consistent size desired by the user, without a shadow area that cannot be peeled off. In addition, a rapid peeling operation is possible through the high-speed rotating peeling object, the first peeling skin rotating at a high speed corresponding thereto, and the second peeling skin closely peeling in response to the curvature of the skinned object during sliding movement of the skinning means. .
In FIG. 3 , only the fixed blade is shown without an arm part on behalf of the second thinning skin, but it is only for convenience of description, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the amount of peeling is determined based on the rotation center (A1) of the holding part, and accurately positioning the peeling object at the peeling position plays an important role in the above-described processes. That is, since the bumpy amorphous peeling object such as radish is peeled to have a predetermined radius r2 spaced a certain distance from its rotation center A1, the center must match when the peeling object is held by the holding part (holding part). The center of rotation (R) and the center of gravity (or geometric center) (C) of the skinned object should approximately coincide).
To this end, the
Each of the plurality of
4 is a diagram illustrating a detailed structure of a base portion and a gripper pair of a transfer unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4A shows a state before the object to be peeled is aligned by the pair of grippers, and Fig. 4B shows a state after the object to be peeled is aligned by the pair of grippers, respectively.
First, referring to FIG. 4A , the object to be peeled 10 is placed in an arbitrary position on the
As shown in the drawing, each of the grippers 126a and 126b includes a lower inclined portion Ga, an upper inclined portion Gb, and a bent portion Gc therebetween.
Next, referring to FIG. 4B , the gripper pairs 126a and 126b facing each other move in a direction toward each other for alignment. It can move along the
As the pair of grippers get closer to each other, the lower inclined portion Ga pushes the object to be peeled up primarily, and the upper inclined portion Gb secondly pushes the object to be peeled down. Accordingly, the dermabrasion object may be aligned to the position Pi defined by both curved portions Gc.
Note that in the alignment process, the target to be peeled has moved upward by h (see FIG. 4B ) from the
In FIG. 4 , an embodiment in which the second gripper pair is aligned is mainly described, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first gripper pair or the third gripper pair may also perform the same operation as described above. If the size of the object to be peeled is small, only the first and second pairs of grippers are sufficient to operate, and if the size of the object to be peeled is large, all gripper pairs up to the third pair of grippers are operated to increase the efficiency of aligning them in place. can be raised
In this way, the
As described above, according to the automatic peeling device according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to peel the surface of the object evenly and quickly. In addition, the surface of the object can be easily peeled to a desired size. In addition, since the diameter of the object after peeling can be obtained uniformly to the size desired by the user, there is an advantage that can facilitate the subsequent processing of the object such as radish to be easy to eat.
