(S10). Referring to FIG. 3 , first, the management system, that is, the
In the preparation step (S10), as shown in Fig. 4, according to the instruction of the
When the
(S20). Through the preparation step (S10), the
Referring to FIG. 5 , when the
In addition, when the
Also, as shown in FIG. 10 , the
In addition, with the start of movement of the user 1 (S20), the
Using these states or characteristics, the
In addition, based on the analyzed state or characteristics of the exercise, the
(S40). For this reason, the
If it is determined that the exercise level of the
In this feedback providing step (S50), first, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Thereafter, the
After that, when the movement of the
In addition, separately from the above-described playback speed adjusting step (S51a-S51c), the
Alternatively, in the feedback providing step (S50), as shown in FIG. 7 , the
After that, if the movement of the
In addition, such overlap/enlargement and restoration steps (S52a, S52b, S53a, S53b) may be performed independently of the playback speed adjustment step (SS51a-S51c) of the first moving
(S60). On the other hand, if it is determined that the exercise level of the
In more detail, when the speed of the detected motion is within the preset normal or appropriate range, the
In addition, when the speed of the detected motion is not included within the preset range, the
Thereafter, the

More specifically, the
