도 3은 상술한 실시예에 따라 제조된 아밀로이드-그래핀 하이브리드 전자섬유 실사의 사진이다.
도 4는 도 3에서 제조된 아밀로이드-그래핀 복합체 기반 전자섬유 센서를 제조하는 제작모식도이다.
도 5는 아밀로이드-그래핀 복합체의 원자힘현미경 이미지와 두께 측정 결과인데, 결과 중 (a)는 소혈청알부민 아밀로이드-그래핀 복합체, (b)는 베타 락토글로불린 아밀로이드-그래핀 복합체 분석 결과이다.
도 6은 다양한 농도별 아밀로이드 단백질과 그래핀을 이용하여 제작한 전자섬유의 전도성 분석 결과이다.
Claims (9)
- 섬유지지체; 및
상기 섬유지지체 상에 형성된 센싱층을 포함하며,
상기 센싱층은
상기 섬유지지체 상에 형성된 아밀로이드 단백질; 및
상기 아밀로이드 단백질과 결합된 그래핀을 포함하는 복합체로 구성되며,
상기 그래핀의 전기저항 변화에 따라 검출 물질을 센싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아밀로이드-그래핀 하이브리드 웨어러블 센서. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아밀로이드 단백질은 구형단백질로부터 유도된 뭉쳐진 섬유 구조의 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 아밀로이드-그래핀 하이브리드 웨어러블 센서. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 구형 단백질은 소혈청 알부민 또는 베타 락토글로불린인 것을 특징으로 하는 아밀로이드-그래핀 하이브리드 웨어러블 센서. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 아밀로이드-그래핀 하이브리드 웨어러블 센서는 이산화질소 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 아밀로이드-그래핀 하이브리드 웨어러블 센서. - 삭제
