보빈앗세이를 커넥터 성형부가 있는 형틀에 넣고 절연수지로 오버몰딩을 하여 보빈앗세이를 구성하는 터미널에 커넥터부를 형성하고 상부보빈과 하부보빈에 권선된 코일의 노출부분을 밀폐시킨 후, 탈형하고, 보빈앗세이를 구성하는 센터코어에 형성된 돌출편이 아웃케이스에 형성된 걸림홈에 결합되도록 보빈앗세이를 아웃케이스에 넣고 덮개를 결합한 후 아웃케이스와 덮개를 스테이킹으로 일체화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 후륜 구동용 클러치 시스템의 스테이터 제조방법.
