상기 상부 탑시트의 하방에 배치되고, 상기 상부 탑시트로부터 투과되는 생리혈을 흡수하는 흡수층; 및
상기 흡수층의 하방에 배치되고, 통기성을 가지는 방수시트;를 포함하고,
상기 상부 탑시트와 흡수층 사이에 배치되고, 상기 상부 탑시트로부터 투과되는 생리혈을 흡수하여 상기 흡수층으로 전달하는 확산층;을 더 포함하며,
상기 흡수층의 하방에는 양측에 날개편이 형성된 하부 탑시트가 구비되고,
상기 상부 탑시트는 양측이 하방 내측으로 접힌 접힘편이 형성되고 상기 접힘편이 상기 방수시트로부터 이격 가능하도록 상기 상부 탑시트에 부착되며,

상기 확산층은 폴리에틸렌폴리프로필렌복합섬유로 재질로 형성되며,
