해양심층수로 부터 추출한 항균염수 98중량% 와 하이드로겔 2중량%를 혼합한 후 80℃로 가열하여 함침조(2)에 투입하는 제 1 과정과;
텐셀(Tencel)50% 와 폴리에스터(Poly ester) 50% 혼합하여 직조한 시트원단(1)을 함침조(2)에 통과시켜 시트원단(1)에 항균염수가 함침되도록 하는 제 2 과정과;
함침된 시트원단(1)을 건조기(3)에서 150℃~160℃ 온도로 1차 열풍 건조시키는 제 3 과정과;
1차 건조된 시트원단(1)을 건조드럼(4)에 통과시켜 2차 건조하면서 시트원단(1)의 표면이 균일해지도록 처리하는 제 4 과정; 으로 구성하고,
항균염수는 염도 6~7%의 해양심층수, 재제염, 해양심층수 소금, 35~42 Brix 농도의 해양심층수 미네랄 농축수 및 0.5~5㎛ 크기의 수산화 칼슘을 포함하며,
하이드로겔은 겔란 검(gellan gum), 잔탄검(Xanthan gum) 및 카라기난(carrageenan)으로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 1종 이상 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균염수가 함침된 마스크용 항균필터 제조방법.
