상하 폭이 좁고 좌우 길이가 긴 띠지 형상으로 이루어져, 길이 방향을 따라 정해진 간격을 두고 형성된 제1절곡선 내지 제4절곡선을 따라 접었을 때 내부에 두 개의 우유팩이 끼워져 결합되는 공간이 형성된 사각틀 형상으로 접히게 구성되며,
제1절곡선과 제2절곡선 사이의 제1띠편은 두 개의 우유팩 중 어느 하나의 우유팩의 측면을 감싸고,
제2절곡선과 제3절곡선 사이의 제2띠편은 두 개의 우유팩의 전면을 감싸고,
제3절곡선과 제4절곡선 사이의 제3띠편은 두 개의 우유팩 중 다른 하나의 우유팩의 측면을 감싸고,
제1절곡선 외측띠편은 제4절곡선 외측띠편의 내면에 접착되어 제1절곡선 외측띠편과 제4절곡선 외측띠편은 서로 연결되어 두 개의 우유팩의 후면을 감싸도록 구성되되,
제2절곡선, 제3절곡선 및 제4절곡선에는 각각 제2절곡선, 제3절곡선 및 제4절곡선과 직교하는 횡절곡선이 형성되고, 상기 횡절곡선에 대해 내측방향으로 180도 접어지는 절곡판이 형성되어,
