The present invention relates to a vehicle lighting device using micro LEDs, and more particularly, to a vehicle lighting device using micro LEDs that implement direct and indirect lighting by mounting a micro LED to a lamp outside the vehicle.
In general, the lighting device of a vehicle is mainly configured to have a lighting function that enables the driver to see an object illuminated during night driving, and a signal function that informs the driving state of the vehicle in front of the vehicle following from the rear during driving.
That is, the lighting device of such a vehicle is a plurality of lamps respectively installed in the front and rear of the vehicle, and a headlight, a fog lamp, a turn indicator, a brake lamp, and an emergency flashing indicator are installed.
As described above, in conventional vehicles, headlights, fog lights, turn indicators, brake lights, and emergency flashing indicators are installed at the front and rear of the vehicle, respectively, so that lighting is used according to the purpose of vehicle operation, but at night and with a narrow width When the vehicle turns left or right on the road, it is not possible to provide a sufficient illumination view for safe driving to the driver, and there is a limit to transmitting information about the vehicle's operation to pedestrians or moving objects according to the driver's vehicle operation.
Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1745189 discloses a warning notification device for vehicles, but this only transmits external information to the driver, and it has the disadvantage that information about the driver's vehicle operation is not transmitted to pedestrians or moving objects passing around the vehicle. have.
Meanwhile, in general, an LED having a size of 1 to 100 μm in length and width is referred to as a micro LED or a mini LED.
