Description

재활용이 쉽고, 냉장 냉동 식품을 한번에 포장할 수 있는 포장재{PACKAGING}Packaging material that is easy to recycle and can pack refrigerated and frozen foods at once{PACKAGING}

The present invention relates to a packaging material for fresh food delivery delivery, and more particularly, to a packaging material that can be efficiently packaged by including a folding buffer material processed with a plurality of bending lines so as to be easily bent.

Due to the recent development of the Internet and the parcel delivery industry, the food transportation industry is rapidly developing in the form of ordering frozen and refrigerated products online even at home and receiving ordered products by courier.

Such food transportation is classified into room temperature packaging, refrigerated packaging (0 to 5 degrees), and frozen packaging (below zero) depending on the food storage method.

When food is classified and packaged according to the food storage method as described above, problems such as an increase in the volume of packaging material, an increase in labor costs, and an increase in distribution warehouse and cost occur. In particular, in the case of a styrofoam box, which is mainly used for packaging refrigerated or frozen food, it is difficult to handle due to a volume relationship, so it is difficult to recycle in reality, resulting in a large amount of waste.

Accordingly, there is a need to develop a packaging material that can be easily recycled and thus can reduce the packaging volume.

I can.

The main body 100 may have a hexahedral shape or a cylindrical shape, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the main body 100 may be made of various materials such as plastics, neopols, enapols, wood, papers, etc., and preferably made of paper capable of rehabilitation.

The cover part 200 is formed to open and close the opening of the main body 100, and as shown in FIG. 1, the cover part 200 may include four plate-shaped covers that are integrally extended and connected from the upper ends of the four side walls of the main body 100. .

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the cover part 200 may have a shape that is not extended and not connected to the main body 100, and has a certain height on all sides below the upper plate having an area corresponding to the upper area of the main body 100. It may have a sidewall to cover the upper portion of the main body 100.

The folding cushioning material 300 can be easily bent by including a plurality of bent lines 310 having a predetermined length and formed to intersect in the longitudinal direction. The foldable cushioning material 300 can be freely deformed into a desired shape by the bent line 310, and inserted into the body 100 in a folded state to form a storage space inside the body 100. Accordingly, room temperature, refrigerated or frozen foods having different standards can be accommodated in the body 100 at one time.

Since the folding cushioning material 300 is made of a cushioning material of non-crosslinked polyethylene foam, it has an advantage in that the cushioning and insulating effect is superior to that of conventional styrofoam and can be easily recycled.

Meanwhile, the packaging material 1000 may further include a first buffer material 400 and a second buffer material 500. The first buffer material 400 may be disposed on the bottom of the main body 100, and the second buffer material 500 may be disposed between the cover portion 200 and the folding buffer material 300.

Specifically, the first buffer material 400 is disposed between the bottom of the body 100 and the object to be packaged, the folding buffer material 300 is disposed inside the body 100, and the second buffer material 500 is placed in the cover part 200 ) And the folding buffer material 300, it is possible to conveniently protect both the main body 100, the cover part 200, and the packaged material with a buffer material.

In this case, a plurality of grooves 410 may be formed in the first buffer material 400 in the width direction or the length direction at regular intervals. The plurality of grooves 410 may be formed at equal or differential intervals from each other as necessary. Preferably, a plurality of grooves 410 may be formed with an interval (a) of 1 to 3 mm, and the width (b) of the groove 410 may be 3 to 15 mm in consideration of the thickness of the folding buffer material 300 have. Accordingly, by inserting the folding buffer material 300 into the plurality of grooves 410, the storage space can be easily formed by fixing it. If necessary, the foldable cushioning material 300 may be inserted into the plurality of grooves 410 in a state in which the object to be packaged is received in the main body 100 or not in a state in which it is not received.

On the other hand, the shape of the first buffer material 400 and the second buffer material 500 is not particularly limited as long as it is a shape that can effectively protect an object to be packaged, but when the main body 100 has a hexahedral shape, it may have a rectangular shape in a plane. In addition, when the main body 100 has a cylindrical shape, the first buffer material 400 and the second buffer material 500 may be circular in a plane.

The process of packaging a packaged object using the packaging material 1000 according to the present invention is as follows. 3 and 4 are views for explaining a packaging process of the packaging material 1000.

First, the cover portion 200 is opened and raised so that the upper opening of the main body 100 is opened. Thereafter, the first buffer material 400 is inserted in the upper part of the bottom of the main body 100. In addition, a plurality of storage spaces are formed by inserting the folding buffer material 300 into the groove 410 of the first buffer material 400 in a desired shape. Next, the second buffer material 500 is disposed on the foldable buffer material 300 and the cover part 200 is lowered on the second buffer material 500 to be sealed.

The packaging material 1000 as described above includes a folding cushioning material 300 in which a plurality of bent lines 310 are processed so that it can be easily bent, so that normal temperature, refrigerated and frozen foods having different specifications can be efficiently packaged at one time. . In addition, since the folding cushioning material 300 is made of non-crosslinked polyethylene foam, it has an excellent buffering effect, and after disassembling the packaging, anyone can easily open it and separate and dispose of garbage and can be recycled. By reducing the packaging volume in this way, it is possible to reduce labor costs, logistics storage costs, and shipping costs.
