To this end, according to the present invention, the life vest comprises: a fluorescent body (110) placed on an upper side of a front surface unit (100) of the life vest and an external surface on an upper side of a rear surface unit; a piezoelectric device (120) built in an upper side of the front surface unit (100) of the life vest; and a light-emitting body (130) installed on an external surface of the life vest placed on a shoulder of a wearer of the life vest to be connected to the piezoelectric device (120) and thus, receive power supply from the piezoelectric device (120), thereby emitting light at a high brightness.
