Description

이염방지코팅액 조성물을 이용한 벽지 시공방법{WALL PAPERING METHOD USING TRANSFER INHIBITOR COMPOSITION}Wall paper construction method using anti-dyeing coating composition {WALL PAPERING METHOD USING TRANSFER INHIBITOR COMPOSITION}

The present invention relates to a wallpaper construction method using an anti-transfer coating liquid composition that prevents migration from occurring over time when wallpaper is applied to gypsum board among interior finishing materials of various buildings, and includes a water-soluble acrylic emulsion, ethanol, and meshel. Transfer dye that can reduce unnecessary construction time and construction costs in advance due to dissatisfaction and defects caused by the tenant's construction after moving in through the anti-transfer coating liquid containing a loss (methyl cellulose) thickener. It relates to a wallpaper construction method using an anti-coating liquid composition.

First, the dyeing phenomenon refers to the phenomenon that the sublimation dye (colored paper) contained in the base paper of the gypsum board melts and spots such as red, yellow, and blue appear on the surface of the wallpaper.

This dyeing phenomenon is a phenomenon that occurs mainly in silk wallpaper (PVC) rather than paper wallpaper.

The cause is that the sublimation dye is dissolved in the plasticizer contained in the wallpaper, or the sublimation dye is dissolved by PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) and PVAc (Polyvinyl acetate) contained in the bond and binder in the paper paste to increase the adhesion strength during wallpaper construction. Or

As gypsum board mixed with sublimation transfer paper is used on the gypsum board base, the sublimation dye contained in the gypsum board base melts after time elapses due to the rise of lamps, home appliances, and air temperature and is struck down by gravity, so that it is transferred to the wallpaper surface. Will occur.

As such a prior art, there is registered patent No. 10-0467775 "Staining-resistant wallpaper and its manufacturing method",

The prior art includes a laminated structure of a first coating layer or a second coating layer on the base layer of the wallpaper surface, and the composition of the coating layer surface is applied to the surface of a coating solution consisting of polyurethane or urethane-acrylate composition to It proposes a technology that prevents contamination from water.

However, in the prior art, by forming a polyurethane layer or urethane-acrylate on the surface of the wallpaper, the sublimation dye (colored paper) contained in the base paper of the constructed gypsum board melts and is struck down by the gravity of the earth, so that the polyurethane layer or Due to the urethane-acrylate layer, there is a problem that the spots are spread out more due to the coating layer, and because there is a coating layer, there is no place for the dissolved dye to escape after injection of acetone, so that removal is impossible.

Another prior art is Patent Publication No. 10-2016-0070081 "a coating composition having improved liquid stain repellency and a manufacturing method thereof",

The coating composition in the prior art is polymer particles of i) 12% to 80% per dry weight based on the total dry weight of the coating composition, per dry weight based on the total dry weight of the polymer particles, polymerization As a unit, from 3% to 70% vinyl acetate; 2% to 65% styrene; And 20% to 55% of the (meth)acrylate monomer; ii) 0.1% to 6% wax; And iii) 14% to 55% pigment. It also proposes a technique for preparing the coating composition.

However, it is effective in preventing contaminants and repellency on the surface of wallpaper, but sublimation dyes (colored paper) contained in gypsum boards, plasticizers contained in wallpaper, and bonded to coarse glue to increase adhesion strength when constructing wallpaper. And there is a problem in that it is impossible to prevent the migration phenomenon caused by dissolution due to the PVA and PVAc components contained in the reinforcing agent to which the binder is added.

Therefore, the present invention was devised to solve the above problem,

It is intended to provide a wallpaper construction method using an anti-migration coating composition that can prevent migration caused by dissolving sublimation dyes with PVA and PVAc components of sublimation dyes and plasticizers contained in wallpaper, reinforcing agents used in paper paste and bonds. To do.
