Description
The present invention relates to a safety device for a carbon dioxide fire extinguishing facility, and more specifically, a safety device for a carbon dioxide fire extinguishing facility for minimizing unintentional personal injury by recognizing that colorless and odorless carbon dioxide is sprayed in the process of using the carbon dioxide fire extinguishing facility. It is about.
The CO 2 fire extinguishing facility is a system that stores carbon dioxide in a certain high-pressure container for the purpose of extinguishing by suffocation and cooling effect and then injects it manually or automatically in case of fire. However, since the sprayed colorless and odorless carbon dioxide causes various harm to the human body, it is recommended to install an odorant, a fragrance compound. Even when carbon dioxide is sprayed due to malfunction, people smell the smell of odorants, recognize the danger, and evacuate to reduce personal injury.
As prior art documents related thereto, Korean Patent Publication No. 1433929 (Prior Document 1), Korean Patent Publication No. 1289761 (Prior Document 2), and the like are known.
Prior Document 1 discloses that the odorant discharge device is not mixed in the fire extinguishing container and instead has a simple structure of the odor discharge device in the middle of the gas flow pipe. As the ampoule is ruptured from, the odorant can be mixed with the carbon dioxide.
Prior Document 2 is an odorant storage member; A protection cylinder having an internal pipe for storage and compression of the odorant storage member, and detachably coupled to the pipe for discharging the extinguishing agent; It includes; an elevating member for fixing the pack installed to compress the body of the odorant storage member by the discharge pressure of the discharged extinguishing agent. Accordingly, it is expected that the odorant can be automatically sprayed safely and economically and reused.
However, according to the above-described prior literature, since only an olfactory component of an odorant is added to an automatic carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system, it is insufficient to prevent harmfulness to the human body due to unintentional carbon dioxide injection.
An object of the present invention for improving the above-described conventional problems is to attach an odorant so that it is difficult to identify the carbon dioxide emitted by the five senses when using a carbon dioxide fire extinguishing facility, and to ensure that carbon dioxide remains after digestion. As a modification of the present invention, further comprising a hearing means interlocking with the fire extinguishing pipe, wherein the hearing means generates a mechanical whistle sound as a fluid flow flowing through the nozzle.
As another modification of the present invention, further comprising a hearing means interlocking with the fire extinguishing pipe, the hearing means is characterized in that it generates a whistle sound in the vocal board with electricity generated by the impeller and the power generating body.
As described above, according to the present invention, even if there is a defect in the pipe or carbon dioxide leaks due to a malfunction, it alerts the sense of smell through an odorant and at the same time adds a color that can be identified by the eyes to inform the presence of carbon dioxide and induces rapid evacuation. Therefore, it is effective to improve safety by preventing suffocation accidents.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present invention proposes a safety device installed in a carbon dioxide-mediated fire extinguishing facility. In FIG. 1, a
Carbon dioxide fire extinguishing equipment is a fire extinguishing equipment that is widely used because there is no residue, the price of drugs is inexpensive, and it does not damage electrical and mechanical equipment, but it is colorless and odorless, making it difficult to identify with the five senses when carbon dioxide is released. The risk of suffocation increases.
According to the present invention, the smell means 20 accommodates the
In addition, according to the present invention, the visual means 30 accommodates the

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the
It is preferable that the olfactory means 20 and the visual means 30 of the present invention are installed at the position closest to the
At this time, although omitted in the illustration, the olfactory means 20 and the visual means 30 may be integrated into one. The
Although omitted in the illustration, the
In any case, when a fire extinguishing facility using carbon dioxide, which is difficult to identify with the five senses, is built, carbon dioxide with flavor and color is injected into the
In Figure 1, the
As a modification of the present invention, further comprising a hearing means 40 interlocking with the
Accordingly, even after the additive 33 of the
As shown in FIG. 2, by adding a
Meanwhile, the hearing means 40 is not necessarily limited to being installed together with the visual means 30, and may be installed together with the olfactory means 20 or in an independent position as shown in FIG. 1.
As another modification of the present invention, further comprising a hearing means 40 linked to the
Thus, regardless of the emission or exhaustion of the
