상기 중량체(14) 표면에는 완충 코팅층(14a)이 코팅 형성되되, 상기 완충 코팅층(14a)은 실리콘수지 20~40중량%, 에폭시수지 20~40중량%, 요소수지 10~20중량%, 붕소화물 1~10중량%, 피리독신산 1~10중량%, 산화철 1~10중량%, 벤토나이트 1~5중량% 및 탄산마그네슘 1~5중량%의 혼합 조성을 이루고,
