Description

패널식 옹벽 시공구조 및 시공방법{the structure of reinforced earth retaining wall and the method of constructing reinforced earth retaining wall}The structure of reinforced earth retaining wall and the method of constructing reinforced earth retaining wall}

The present invention relates to a new panel-type retaining wall construction structure and a construction method capable of preventing the retaining wall main body from being pushed forward by the earth pressure and causing the ship to be called.

In general, as shown in Figure 1, the retaining wall is constructed on the inclined surface (A) of the cut portion formed by the civil engineering work, to prevent the soil of the inclined surface (A) from collapsing, in the inclined surface (A) of the cut portion A retaining wall body (B) constructed by stacking a plurality of retaining wall blocks (10) to be spaced forwardly, and a reinforcing connecting member (C) extending rearward from the retaining wall body (B) and fixed to the inclined surface (A) of the cut portion It is composed.

The retaining wall block 10 is composed of a block form of a high-strength concrete material, and a plurality of stacked blocks are stacked upward like a brick to form a wide and high retaining wall body B.

The reinforcing connecting member (C) is a front end is fixed to the retaining wall block 10, a rear end is fixed to the inclined surface (A) of the cut, preventing the retaining wall block 10 from being easily collapsed by earth pressure. It functions.

At this time, the inclined surface (A) is formed with a perforation hole (1) into which the rear end of the reinforcing connection member (C) is inserted, inserting the rear end of the reinforcing connection member (C) into the perforation hole (1), and the perforation It is possible to fix the rear end of the reinforcing connecting member (C) to the inclined surface (A) by grouting the concrete (2) in the hole (1).

The cover member 11c is made of a general concrete material.

The support portion 12 is configured to extend from the front side of the block body 11 and the right side to the upper side and the right side.

The contact portion 13 is configured to extend from the left side and the lower side of the block body 11 to the left side and the lower side.

At this time, the thickness in the front-rear direction of the support portion 12 and the contact portion 13 is configured to be 1/2 of the thickness in the front-rear direction of the block body 11, and the contact portion 13 is attached to the rear side of the support portion 12. ), the front and rear thicknesses of the support portion 12 and the contact portion 13 form the same thickness as the front and rear thicknesses of the block body 11.

Therefore, after the retaining wall block 10 is mutually coupled so that the contact portion 13 is in close contact with the rear side surface of the support portion 12, the bolt member penetrates the screw connection hole 13a from the rear side of the screw connection hole 13a. (14) is inserted, and when the bolt member (14) is tightened to be screwed to the nut member (12a), the retaining wall blocks (10) located in the lateral and vertical directions are fixed to each other, and as such, a plurality of retaining walls The retaining wall body B may be installed by combining the blocks 10 with each other.

In addition, the reinforcing connection member (C) has a front end extending through the through hole (11b) into the inside of the concave groove (11a), and the rear end is a nail member (21) that is fixed to the inclined surface (A), and the nail It is composed of a nut member 22 coupled to the front end of the member 21 and caught on the front surface of the through hole 11b.

Therefore, after forming a perforation hole (1) on the inclined surface (A) of the cut portion and inserting the rear end of the nail member (21) of the reinforcing connection member (C) in the perforation hole (1), concrete in the perforation hole (1) Grouting to fix the rear end of the reinforcing connecting member (C), while stacking the retaining wall block (10) to construct the retaining wall body (B), or the front end of the nail member (21) of the retaining wall block (10) Insertion and coupling into the through hole (11b), fastening by coupling the nut member (22) to the front end portion of the nail member (21), and coupling the cover member (11c) to the concave groove (11a), a reinforcing connection member The bonding of (C) can be completed.

Then, after the installation of the retaining wall block 10 and the reinforcing connecting member (C) is completed, by placing a back filling material (D) such as soil or rubble between the retaining wall body (B) and the inclined surface (A), Construction can be completed.

According to such a panel-type retaining wall construction structure, the retaining wall block 10 is in a lateral direction from the block body 11 composed of a rectangular block shape and two circumferential surfaces interconnected among the circumferential surfaces of the block body 11. It is formed so as to protrude, and the support member 12 is formed so that the nut member 12a is buried and fixed on the rear side, and protrudes laterally from the two circumferential surfaces where the support part 12 is not formed. It is in close contact with the rear side of the nut member (12a) and the screw coupling hole (13a) is formed of a contact portion (13) formed to penetrate the front and rear surfaces, the contact portion (13) after the support portion (12) After the retaining wall blocks 10 are mutually coupled so as to be in close contact with the side surfaces, the retaining wall positioned in the lateral and vertical directions is screwed to the nut member 12a by screwing the bolt member 14 through the screw coupling hole 13a. The blocks 10 can be fixed to each other.

Therefore, after the construction of each retaining wall is completed, there is an advantage in that the middle portion of the retaining wall main body (B) of the retaining wall main body (B) can be prevented from being pushed forward due to earth pressure.

In addition, a concave groove (11a) is formed in the front center portion of the block body (11), a through hole (11b) penetrating the front and rear surfaces is formed in the center portion of the concave groove (11a), the reinforcing connection member (C ) The front end portion extends into the inside of the concave groove 11a through the through hole 11b, and the rear end portion includes a nail member 21 fixed to the inclined surface A and a front end portion of the nail member 21 It is composed of a nut member (12a) that is engaged and caught on the front surface of the through hole (11b), the cover member (11c) is fixed to the concave groove (11a), the retaining wall block using the reinforcing connection member (C) In addition to being able to firmly support (10), the front end of the reinforcing connecting member (C) is exposed to the front, thereby preventing the appearance of the retaining wall block 10 from being damaged.

7 to 9 show another embodiment according to the present invention, the cover member 11c is made of a synthetic resin material having light transmissivity.

And, it is configured to emit light in at least two colors and is provided inside the concave groove 11a so that the cover member 11c emits light when lit, and the reinforcing connection member C and Earth pressure measuring means 32 is provided between the retaining wall block 10 to measure the earth pressure applied to the retaining wall block 10, and is provided on the front surface of the block body 11, when a person passes at a close distance in front Proximity detection means 33 for detecting this, and the alarm means 35 is connected and receives the signals of the earth pressure measurement means 32 and the proximity detection means 33, the light emitting means 31 and the alarm means 35 Control means for controlling the operation of the 34 is further provided.

The light emitting means 31 uses an LED lamp having blue and red light emitting elements.

The earth pressure measuring means 32 is provided between the load cell 32a and the load cell 32a and the nut member 22 provided to be located in the circumferential portion of the through hole 11b in the concave groove 11a. It is composed of a washer member (32b) coupled to the outside of the nail member 21 so as to be located in.

The rod 쎌 is provided with two so as to be located on the upper and lower sides of the through hole (11b).

The washer member (32b) is composed of a high-strength steel-made disc shape, the central portion is formed with a through-hole (32c) through the front end of the nail member (21).

At this time, the washer member 32b is supported so as not to be pushed forward by the nut member 22 in a state coupled to the nail member 21 of the reinforcing connection member C, the retaining wall block 10 by earth pressure When it is pushed forward, the load cell 32a is pressed so as to be in close contact with the back of the washer member 32b, so that the pressure applied to the retaining wall block 10 can be measured.

The proximity detecting means 33 is configured to output ultrasonic waves or infrared rays to the front, and receive the reflected ultrasonic waves or infrared rays, and detect and output a signal when a person approaches the front.

Since the proximity detection means are generally used, detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

The alarm means 35 is configured to output a message that guides or warns a person in front of the retaining wall to move away from the retaining wall during operation.

The operation of the panel-type retaining wall construction structure constructed as described above is as follows.

First, normally, the control means 34 turns on the blue element of the light emitting means 31.

At this time, since the cover member 11c is made of a light-transmitting synthetic resin material, when the blue element of the light emitting means 31 is turned on, the cover member 11c is lighted in blue.

Then, the control means 34 receives the signal of the load cell 32a, and when the earth pressure applied to the retaining wall block 10 rises above a preset reference pressure, the control means 34 controls the light emitting means 31 to control the red element. Is turned on.

When the red element is turned on as described above, the cover member 11c emits red light.

Therefore, the manager managing the retaining wall effectively checks this by visually confirming the color change of the cover member 11c, when a pressure higher than the reference pressure is applied to each retaining wall block 10, and quickly follow-up. It becomes possible.

In addition, when the earth pressure applied to the retaining wall block 10 rises above a reference pressure, the control means 34 receives the signal of the proximity detecting means 33 and detects that a person is approaching within a predetermined distance. The warning means 35 is controlled to warn a person who is approaching not to approach the retaining wall.

That is, if the earth pressure applied to the retaining wall block 10 rises above the reference pressure, it means that the likelihood of the retaining wall main body B collapsing due to the earth pressure increases. At this time, when there is a person near the retaining wall , The control means 34 detects this through the proximity detection means 33, and alerts a person near the retaining wall, preventing a person from being accidentally caused by the collapsed retaining wall even if the retaining wall block 10 collapses. I can do it.
