Abstract

Claims (20)
- 안과용 렌즈로서,
상기 안과용 렌즈에 제1 기능을 제공할 수 있는 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체로서, 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터가 상기 제1 기능을 주문맞춤할 수 있는, 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체;
상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체의 적어도 일부와 접촉 상태에 있는 연성 렌즈 베이스(soft lens base); 및
상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체를 프로그래밍할 수 있는 프로그래밍 오버레이(programming overlay)를 포함하고, 상기 프로그래밍 오버레이는 상기 연성 렌즈 베이스 및 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체 중 하나 또는 둘 모두 위에 고정되게 피팅(fitting)할 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체는
전력 공급원;
상기 전력 공급원과 전기 연통 상태에 있는 제1 프로세서로서, 상기 프로세서는 제1 실행가능 소프트웨어를 포함하고, 상기 제1 실행가능 소프트웨어는 상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터에 기초하여 동력공급가능 요소를 제어할 수 있는, 상기 제1 프로세서;
상기 프로세서와 상기 전력 공급원 사이에서의 전기 연통을 가능하게 할 수 있는 전도성 트레이스; 및
상기 제1 프로세서 및 상기 전력 공급원과 전기 연통 상태에 있고 상기 안과용 렌즈에 상기 제1 기능을 제공할 수 있는 동력공급가능 요소를 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연성 렌즈 베이스는 제2 기능을 제공할 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재고 관리 단위 코드(stock-keeping unit code)가 상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 상기 안과용 렌즈와 연관시킬 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매체 삽입체는
상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 무선으로 수신할 수 있는 제1 수신기를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제1 수신기는 상기 제1 프로세서와 전기 연통 상태에 있는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기능은 정적 시력 교정을 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재고 관리 단위 코드는 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체의 표면 상에 통합되는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재고 관리 단위 코드는 상기 연성 렌즈 베이스의 표면 상에 통합되는, 안과용 렌즈.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체는
상기 제1 프로세서와 전기 연통 상태에 있는 모니터링부로서, 상기 모니터링부는 상기 안과용 렌즈가 눈 상에 위치되는 동안 미리 정의된 데이터를 수집할 수 있고, 상기 제1 프로세서는 상기 미리 정의된 데이터를 저장할 수 있는, 상기 모니터링부; 및
상기 미리 정의된 데이터를 상기 안과용 렌즈의 외부에 있는 디바이스로 무선으로 송신할 수 있는 제2 송신기를 추가로 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재고 관리 단위 코드는 상기 프로그래밍 오버레이의 표면 상에 통합되는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로그래밍 오버레이의 배치는 상기 연성 렌즈 베이스 및 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체가 눈 상에 위치될 때 일어날 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로그래밍 오버레이의 배치는 상기 연성 렌즈 베이스 및 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체가 눈 상에 배치되기 전에 일어날 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로그래밍 오버레이는
상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터 데이터를 무선으로 수신할 수 있는 제2 수신기;
제1 송신기로서, 상기 제1 송신기가 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체에 인접하게 있을 때 상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체로 무선으로 송신할 수 있는 상기 제1 송신기; 및
상기 제2 수신기 및 상기 제1 송신기와 논리 통신 상태에 있고 상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 저장할 수 있는 제2 프로세서를 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체는
상기 제1 프로세서와 전기 연통 상태에 있는 모니터링부로서, 상기 모니터링부는 상기 안과용 렌즈가 눈 상에 위치되는 동안 미리 정의된 데이터를 수집할 수 있고, 상기 제1 프로세서는 상기 미리 정의된 데이터를 저장할 수 있는, 상기 모니터링부; 및
상기 미리 정의된 데이터를 제3 수신기로 무선으로 송신할 수 있는 제2 송신기를 추가로 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 프로그래밍 오버레이는 제1 정렬 특징부(alignment feature)를 추가로 포함하고;
상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체는 제2 정렬 특징부를 포함하고;
상기 제1 정렬 특징부는 상기 제2 정렬 특징부와 정렬할 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 프로그래밍 오버레이는 상기 제3 수신기를 추가로 포함하고;
상기 제3 수신기는 상기 제2 프로세서와 논리 통신 상태에 있고;
상기 제2 프로세서는 제2 실행가능 소프트웨어를 포함하고;
상기 제2 실행가능 소프트웨어는 상기 미리 정의된 데이터에 기초하여 상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 조정할 수 있고;
상기 제1 송신기는 상기 조정된 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체로 무선으로 송신할 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 정렬은 상기 제1 정렬 특징부와 상기 제2 정렬 특징부 사이에서의 자기 인력(magnetic attraction)을 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 한 세트의 프로그래밍 파라미터를 무선으로 수신할 수 있는 제1 수신기를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제1 수신기는 상기 제1 프로세서와 전기 연통 상태에 있으며,
상기 정렬은 상기 제1 송신기를 상기 제1 수신기에 인접하게 배향시킬 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 정렬은 상기 프로그래밍 오버레이를 상기 연성 렌즈 베이스 및 상기 프로그래밍가능 매체 삽입체 중 하나 또는 둘 모두에 고정할 수 있는, 안과용 렌즈.
