- 생체적합성 유전체 기판;
상기 기판 위의 한쪽에 배치되는 복수의 전극 사이트;
상기 기판 위의 다른 한쪽에 배치되는 복수의 전기전도성 콘택트; 및
상기 전극 사이트에서 연장되어 상기 콘택트와 연결되며, 상기 전극 사이트의 전기 신호를 전달하는 회로, 상기 콘택트의 전기 신호를 전달하는 회로 및 이들이 접하고 있는 부분을 구비하는 투명한 인터커넥터;를 포함하고,
상기 전극 사이트는 금속 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 인터커넥터는 탄소 재료로 이루어지는 것인
뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 재료는 백금, 이리듐, 텅스텐, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 티타늄, 알루미늄, 은, 금 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 재료는 그래핀, 탄소나노튜브, 탄소나노파이버, 플러렌, 및 팽창흑연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 재료는 1 내지 10 층의 그래핀 시트 형태인 것인 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 사이트와 인터커넥터의 접합부는 열 어닐링 또는 전류 어닐링 처리된 것인 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판 아래에 접합되는 광섬유를 더 포함하는 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이를 이용한 신경 신호 검출 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
전기적으로 활성인 생물학적 조직 상에 상기 뇌 심부 자극 투명 전극 어레이를 삽입하는 단계; 및
전극 부위의 신경 조직에서 신경 세포에 의해 생성된 신경 반응을 기록하는 단계를 포함하는
