The present invention relates to a bracelet manufacturing method. The present invention allows a worker to perform easy cutting work by cutting a rolled and drawn metal plate through cutting devices of various patterns. A cut metal member is formed in a hollow shape through dice chamber work. Since a ratio of both side parts and a middle part in which the metal member is folded by a dice chamber is 3 : 7 which is 1.5 : 1.5 : 3.5 : 3.5 or 4 : 6 which is 2 : 2 : 3 : 3, the present invention clearly finishes a lower part folded in the dice chamber work and provides excellent product quality such as maximizing volume. The worker easily cuts various designs on a plate of the metal member of the hollow shape. Since the dice chamber worked metal member is rolled by a roller, the metal member is used by being cut and being combined with a separate connecting piece or is used as a spring-shaped bracelet.

Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a bracelet, and by cutting through a cutting machine of various patterns on a rolled and drawn metal plate, an operator can easily perform a cutting operation, and the cut metal member is hollow (hollow) through a dicing operation. Empty), but the ratio of the two parts and the middle part where the metal member is folded by the dice is 1.5: 1.5: 3.5: 3.5 and 3:7 or 2:2: 3:3 It is related to a method of manufacturing a bracelet that is excellent in productability, such as maximizing a sense of volume, as well as a clean finish of a lower portion that is folded at a ratio of 6 to a dice room.

Accordingly, the worker has a great advantage of easily cutting various designs on the hollow member metal plate, and the metal member worked with the dice is rolled by a roller, which is cut and combined with a separate connecting piece. You can use it or use it as a spring-shaped bracelet.

In general, rings and bracelets are a form of body decoration, so that a precious metal material or other materials having aesthetic sense are processed and formed into a decorative form that can be worn on a finger or wrist, so that the external image of the wearer is more beautifully expressed. It is used to.

Accordingly, there is a product called a die room that allows a precious metal product to be manufactured in a hollow shape.

The product (bracelet) produced through such a dice room has almost no volume, and it was difficult to cut the surface after completion, and even if cutting, it was difficult for a skilled technician to work inside the pipe curve. And even that does not show a good cut.

Accordingly, the Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model Publication No. 20-0092256 (Registration Date: November 14, 1995) relates to a mold for casting accessories, and is designed to precisely and semi-permanently process accessories that require complex and delicate shapes. Prior literature has been published, entitled Molds for Accessory Casting.

However, the above-mentioned prior art has a great problem in that the manufacturing cost is greatly increased by manufacturing the accessory in a casting method, and the weight is greatly increased, and the defect as shown in FIG. 2 occurs when it is dried by a roller.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention allows the operator to easily perform a cutting operation by cutting through a cutting machine on a rolled and drawn metal plate, and the cut metal member is hollow through a die-swing operation. ), but the ratio between the two parts and the middle part where the metal member is folded by the dice is 1.5: 1.5: 3.5: 3.5 3:3 or 2: 2: 3: 3: 3 4:6 The purpose is to provide a clean finish of the lower part that is folded when working in a dice room.

Accordingly, the worker has a great advantage of cutting on a plate material, and the metal member worked with the dice is rolled by a roller, which is cut and used in combination with a separate connecting piece or used as a spring-type bracelet. The purpose is to provide what you can.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a first step (S100) of rolling and drawing the metal member (G) through the rolling machine 100 and the drawing machine 200; In the first step (S100), the rolled and drawn metal member (G) is a second step (S200) in which a pattern is formed by cutting the upper surface of the metal member (G) with a cutter after cutting both end faces to be aligned; In the second step (S200), the metal member G whose upper surface has been cut is formed in a pipe shape with both sides curved by the dice chamber 300, but the pipe volume of both sides and the middle portion is 3:7 to 4:6. A third step (S300) of rounding to have a ratio; In the third step (S300), the metal member (G) drawn through the dice chamber 300 is formed by a fourth step (S400) of rolling in a spring shape by the roller 400.

At this time, in the third step (S300), the rolled metal member G by the roller 400 is used as a bracelet.

Thus, after the fourth step (S400), a fifth step (S500) of heat treatment at 750 to 800° for 5 minutes is formed on the metal member (G) through the heat treatment device 500.

Meanwhile, the bracelet is manufactured by the above-described manufacturing method.

Thus, by cutting through a cutting machine on a rolled and drawn metal sheet, the operator can perform an easy cutting operation, and the cut metal member is made in a hollow shape through a dicing operation, but the dicing operation is performed. The ratio of the metal parts folded by the sides and the middle part is 1.5: 1.5: 3.5: 3.5, which is a 3:7 ratio or 2: 2: 3: 3: 3 ratio of 4:6. Not only does the finishing of the lower part of the paper finish neatly, it also has the effect of improving product quality, such as maximizing the volume.

Thus, the worker has a great advantage of being able to easily cut on the hollow-shaped metal member plate, and the metal member worked with the dice is dried by a roller, which is cut and used in combination with a separate connecting piece. Or it can be used as a spring-type bracelet.

Figure 2 is an exemplary view showing the appearance of a bracelet according to the invention,
Figure 3 is an exemplary view showing various shapes of the bracelet produced through Figure 1,
4 is an exemplary view showing that cutting patterns of various shapes may be formed on the upper surface of a metal member according to the present invention.

First, the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 7, the dice room 100, a drawer 200, a dice room 300, a roller 400, a heat treatment apparatus 500 and a first step (S100) ), second stage (S200), third stage (S300), fourth stage (S400), and fifth stage (S500).

Thus, as shown in Figure 1, the first step (S100) is a metal member (G) rolling and drawing process through the rolling machine 100 and the drawing machine 200, the metal member (G) By rolling and drawing, the plate is made after the worker draws the desired width and thickness.

In addition, in the second step (S200), the metal member (G) rolled and drawn in the first step (S100) is cut so that both sides thereof are aligned, and the upper surface is cut into various shapes (patterns or patterns) by a cutter. .

At this time, the metal member (G) is to be cut through a mechanical cutting method by a cutting machine.

이때, 상기 금속부재(G)는 후술될 제4단계(S400)에서 롤러(400)에 의해 스프링과 같이 롤링 되었을 때 내주면까지 커팅기에 의한 형상(문양 또는 패턴)이 그대로 남아있는데, 이는 숙련된 기술자도 형상을 새기기가 불가능한 것이다(롤링된 금속부재가 찌그러지는 이유)At this time, when the metal member (G) is rolled like a spring by the roller 400 in the fourth step (S400) to be described later, the shape (pattern or pattern) by the cutting machine remains as it is to the inner circumferential surface, which is a skilled technician. It is impossible to engrave the shape of the figure (why the rolled metal member is distorted)

Thus, in the third step (S300), the metal member (G) whose upper surface is cut in the second step (S200) is formed in a pipe shape in which both sides are curved by the dice chamber 300, but the pipes of both sides and the middle portion are formed. Bands round to have a volume ratio of 3:7 to 4:6.

At this time, the metal member (G) 3:7 ratio is an ellipse having a ratio of 1.5 on both sides and 3.5 on the upper and lower sides.

In addition, the metal member (G) 4:6 ratio is that both sides are vertical, and the upper and lower sides are ovals having a ratio of 3.

At this time, the reason why the metal member (G) is a dice room 300 is that the weight is heavy when making a bracelet by casting, which increases the cost.

Thus, in the fourth step (S400), the metal member G drawn through the die room in the third step (S300) is rolled round like a spring by the roller 400.

At this time, as shown in Figure 2, if the vertical and horizontal ratios of the metal member (G) volume are not 3:7 to 4:6, both ends are pressed against each other during the rolling process in the roller 400, or are outward. Defective products such as cracks are generated. Therefore, the ratio of the metal member (G) pipe is important.

In addition, as shown in Figure 3, in the fourth step (S400), the rolled metal member (G) rolled by the roller 400 is used as a bracelet, or the metal member (G) is cut into multiple pieces to separate them. Can be used by connecting to the fastener (C).

In addition, in the fifth step (S500), after the fourth step (S400), the metal member G is heat-treated at a temperature of 750 to 800° C. for 5 minutes through the heat treatment device 500.

At this time, the heat is cooled at a temperature of 18 ℃ after the fifth step (S500) heat treatment.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the metal member G may have various shapes such as hatched, leopard, crocodile skin patterns, etc. in addition to the'X' pattern.

The present invention is not limited to the specific preferred embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made to any person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims.
