Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a waste water treatment agent, more specifically 30 to 75% by weight of bentonite ,; 5 to 40% by weight of super absorbent polymer; It relates to a powdery hydrous waste treatment agent containing 5 to 20% by weight of zeolite and 1 to 10% by weight of cyclodextrin.
In urban areas with high population density, various household wastes are generated. Among them, waste with high water content such as food waste contains high moisture in the waste itself. Currently, the waste form is collected in a separate waste bag made of plastic material, collected and transported, and then collected, and then subjected to a post-treatment process. It is either composted or discarded. However, food waste is not sealed in the process of occurrence, or odor is generated when the container is ruptured or other reasons in the process of collection and transportation, and it can also be a source of pests such as mosquitoes, causing public health problems or causing various complaints. There are times when it is difficult to deal with it.
In addition, in the subway, bus terminals, airports, airplanes, theaters, buildings, etc., high-functional waste caused by defecation that occurs frequently when walking with pets such as emetic vomit or pet dogs caused by drinking or sickness, etc. The treatment is not difficult, and it is highly likely to be a source of odor and harmful pests when left untreated. It is possible to maintain a pleasant hygiene state by removing odor and antibacterial effect.
On the other hand, in rural areas other than urban areas, odors from livestock manure and other unsanitary environments are the main causes of soil and water pollution. In addition, animal carcasses are often buried due to recent foot and mouth disease or bird flu, which may cause soil and water pollution. In this case, urgent treatment of the generated effluent or leachate is required, but there is no proper treatment. Currently, treatment for water-based waste has been developed as a treatment agent based on quick-absorbing lime. Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1795489 in the powder-type
However, the above-mentioned dehydration treatment material contains high-basic quicklime, so it can be adopted only by treatment companies that professionally process high-water sludge, etc. When used in general urban areas or rural areas, soil and There is a concern about water pollution, so it cannot be used.
Accordingly, a technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a water-containing waste treatment agent having a neutral composition while having a neutral composition while being capable of rapidly solidifying high-functional wastes relative to the amount of use due to its excellent absorbency.
In order to achieve the above technical problem, the present invention is
In addition, the present invention provides a water-containing waste treatment agent characterized in that the absorbent resin is polyacrylate.
In addition, the present invention provides a hydrous waste treatment agent characterized in that the cyclodextrin is beta-cyclodextrin.
In addition, the present invention provides a water-containing waste treatment agent characterized in that the particle size of the powdered water-containing waste treatment agent is 200 to 300 mesh.
The hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention is excellent in absorbency, and can rapidly solidify high-functional waste compared to the amount of use, and has a neutral composition, so there is no fear of soil pollution or water pollution, and animal manure or wet waste, etc. without special equipment or separate operation. Since dehydration can be performed only by mixing with water-containing dirt, energy saving is excellent and volatilization of odor components during treatment can be suppressed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention is a powdery mixture,
The hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention comprises bentonite in the range of 30 to 75% by weight based on the total weight of the total mixture. Bentonite is a clay produced by a change in volcanic ash, which is composed mainly of smectite minerals, mainly montmorillonite, which, when contacted with water, multiply in volume to produce gelatinous mucus. The special properties of bentonite (hydration, expansion, water absorption, viscosity, thixotropy) are useful for a wide range of applications and applications. In the present invention, bentonite is used to absorb moisture from hydrous waste to act as a main component capable of solidifying hydrous waste. The content of bentonite is preferably in the range of 30 to 75% by weight based on the weight of the total treatment agent. If the content of the bentonite is less than 30% by weight, the absorbency is lowered, so it is not easy to treat the water-containing waste or there is a problem that the unit price is increased due to the use of a high-absorbent resin having a high unit price, whereas when it exceeds 75% by weight This is because there is a problem in that cohesive force is largely generated and reattachment force is generated like mud, and it is continuously attached to a mechanism for waste treatment.
In addition, the hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention includes a super absorbent polymer in a range of 5 to 40% by weight based on the total weight of the total treatment agent. The superabsorbent polymer is a polymer that has a three-dimensional network structure and has a large amount of hydrophilic groups. It has water insolubility and hydrophilicity at the same time, and absorbs moisture into the net structure to prevent re-exudation of water. These superabsorbent resins are usually used in diapers or sanitary napkins because they can absorb hundreds to thousands of times the original weight of the resin. In the present invention, the superabsorption of the superabsorbent is not particularly limited, and it is preferable that it is a biodegradable absorbent resin of a kind having no concern for toxicity and environmental pollution, for example, sodium polyacrylate. In the present invention, by using the superabsorbent polymer together with the bentonite described above, it is possible to solidify the hydrous waste by absorbing moisture in the hydrous waste. In the present invention, the content of the superabsorbent polymer is preferably in the range of 5 to 40% by weight based on the total weight of the total treatment agent. If the content of the superabsorbent polymer is less than 5% by weight of the total treatment agent, the absorbency is poor and solidification of hydrous waste is not easy, whereas when it exceeds 40% by weight, the content of the superabsorbent polymer having a high unit price in the treatment agent is high and the cost of the entire treatment agent Because it increases.
In addition, the hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention comprises a zeolite in the range of 5 to 20% based on the total weight of the total treatment agent. Zeolite is a hydrous silicate mineral of aluminum that contains alkaline earth metals such as alkali metals and calcium and has water in the form of crystalline water. It has the characteristics of polar adsorption, catalysis, and cation exchange capacity (CEC). It is used for agricultural purposes such as soil conditioners, fertilizer mixtures, pesticide extenders, odor removal, feed additives, diarrhea treatment agents, and detergents in the livestock industry. In the fishery industry, it is used as a marine pollution inhibitor, red tide prevention and fish feed. In the present invention, it acts as an adsorbent using a large internal surface reaching 1000 m 2 / g, which is a characteristic of zeolite. The content of the zeolite in the hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention is preferably in the range of 5 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the total treatment agent. If the content of the zeolite in the total treatment agent is less than 5% by weight, there is a problem that it does not sufficiently function as an adsorbent, whereas when it exceeds 20% by weight, ultrafine pores of 3-20 mm in size formed in the zeolite are solvent baskets. Because of the role of the cage), there is a problem of foaming and boiling.
In addition, the hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention comprises a cyclodextrin (Cyclodextrin) in the range of 1 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the total treatment. Dextrin is a processed product of concentrated or dried saccharification products obtained by partially hydrolyzing starch or grains with an acid or an enzyme. Cyclodextrin is a non-adsorbed water-soluble cycle containing dextrin in 6 to 12 glucose units. As the dextrin, there are alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, gamma-cyclodextrin and the like depending on its structure. The water-soluble cyclodextrin is deodorized by absorbing various fragrance molecules such as substances that cause odor. In the present invention, cyclodextrin exhibiting the characteristics as described above is included in a ratio of 1 to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the total water-containing waste treatment agent. When the content of the cyclodextrin is less than 1% by weight, there is a problem that the deodorizing effect is insufficient, and when the content of the cyclodextrin exceeds 10% by weight, economic loss occurs due to an increase in manufacturing costs due to excessive addition of cyclodextrin. there is a problem. The type of cyclodextrin in the present invention is not particularly limited, but beta-cyclodextrin (Beta Cyclodextrin) is more preferred. This is because beta-cyclodextrin has amphiphilic properties of hydrophobic organic materials as well as hydrophilic organic materials, and the inclusion property of volatiles is superior to alpha or gamma cyclodextrin. For reference, there is a report that the restoration of soil contaminated with benzene by adsorption to soil can prevent groundwater contamination from hydrophobic organic substances by desorbing more than 90% when applying beta-cyclodextrin (Korea Biotechnology Society 2012 paper).
The aforementioned raw materials may be prepared in a powdery mixture form through separate crushing and mixing processes if necessary. It is preferable that the particle size of the water-containing waste treatment agent is in the range of 200 to 300 mesh.

Analysis of the effect of removing odor of hydrous waste
In addition, the deodorizing power of the hydrous waste treatment agent of the present invention was measured. When a odor substance is a single component, it is certain to use a chemical measurement method or a device analysis method, but since most odor substances are mixed and discharged in combination of dozens or more, sensory measurement methods based on smell are used more than technical methods. . In Article 8 of the Air Quality Conservation Act and Article 12 of the Enforcement Rule of the Enforcement Regulation, the stench was made into a sensory method by the "Air Pollution Process Test Method". According to the above-described test method, the measurement method by the sensory method is classified into six steps in the air pollution process test method, and the measurement method, test method, and discrimination method are as follows. (A) Measurement method This test method is a method of measuring the odor intensity of odor using the smell of a healthy person on the site boundary (damage point) of the site (factory) where odor occurs. (B) Test method The odor investigation judge is a person who does not live in the area to be investigated and consists of five or more persons with normal and healthy sense of smell. At the time of survey measurement, the degree of odor distribution is sufficiently investigated in advance, taking into account the wind port, wind speed, and terrain of the area. At the measured location, the odor intensity detected by the umpire is judged by the odor judgment table below, and the umpire records the personal information. The odor criteria were as shown in Table 3 below.
Judgment Method The odor level determined by the majority of the odor levels detected by each judge by the test method is determined and determined. If the number of judges is the same, a high odor level is selected. After each of the 5 subjects smelled the sample and measured the degree of odor, it was treated with the hydrous waste treatment agent of Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention above, and after 30 minutes, the odor was measured again. , The results are summarized in Table 4 and Figure 2 below.
As shown in Table 4 and Figure 2, when treating food wastes using the hydrous waste treatment agent according to the present invention, it could be said that the odor removal effect of hydrous food wastes is better than
Then, for more quantitative analysis, the concentrations of ammonia (NH3) and hydrogen sulfide compound (mercaptan), which are the cause of odor, were measured using a gas detector tube ((KITAGAWA AP-20). The deodorizing effect was measured by measuring the concentration of the hydrous waste treatment agent prepared in and before and after 30 minutes of treatment. In the case of food waste, the concentrations of the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide compounds were respectively 500 ppm and It was measured at 50ppm, and the results measured after 30 minutes after treatment with the treatment agents of Examples and Comparative Examples are summarized in Table 5 and FIG. 3 below.
