동일한 규격의 직사각형 단면상으로 목재판을 준비하도록 하는 목재판 준비단계;
복수개의 상기 목재판의 대면적부에 접착제를 발라 적층한 후 클램핑하여 복수의 목재판들이 일체로 결합되게 함으로써 1차집성목을 만드는 1차 집성단계;
상기 1차집성목 2개를 서로 교차되게 배치하여 접착제를 바른 후 클램핑하여 일체로 결합되게 함으로써 2차집성목을 만드는 2차 집성단계;
상기 2차집성목 2개를 서로 교차되게 배치하여 접착제를 바른 후 클램핑하여 일체로 결합되게 함으로써 3차집성목을 만드는 3차 집성단계;
상기 3차집성목을 소정의 길이로 절단하여 모재를 만들도록 하는 컷팅단계;
상기 컷팅단계 후 상기 모재의 네 모서리를 잘라 팔면체 형상으로 가공하도록 하는 외면가공전처리단계;
상기 모재의 양단을 선반에 물려 회전시키면서 외면을 원하는 형상으로 가공하는 외면가공단계;
