다층 구조의 시트를 접어서 하변을 제외하고 좌우변에 열을 가하여 접착 및 컷팅함으로써 물품 수납을 위한 수납공간을 확보할 수 있도록 되고, 수납공간의 상측에는 팩의 전후면 중 어느 한면의 길이를 상대적으로 길게 연장하여 개폐날개에 의하여 물품을 수납한 상태에서 밀봉이 이루어지는 보온보냉 팩에 있어서,
좌우변에 열을 가하여 접착띠를 형성할 경우에 개폐날개가 형성된 위치에 접착띠를 형성하는 히팅바 만을 제거하여 수납공간의 좌우변에만 접착띠가 형성되되, 개폐날개의 좌우변에는 접착띠가 형성되지 않은 채로 컷팅되어 개폐날개의 열에 의한 변형을 방지하고,
상기 시트는 발포시트의 내측에는 발포시트와 동일한 PE계열의 내피가 합지 또는 티다이공법으로 구성되어 박리현상을 방지하되, 발포시트의 외측에는 은박층 및 은박층의 보호나 인쇄를 위한 PET필름이 합지되어 다층구조로 구성되고,
상기 히팅바는 수납공간의 좌우변 접착띠에 대응하는 부분보다 상대적으로 길게 연장부가 형성되어 시트를 구성하는 여러 층들 중 히팅바에 의하여 가열되는 온도에 의하여 상기 은박층을 제외한 나머지 층이 용융되면서 개폐날개의 하단 중 일부인 개폐날개가 접힘되는 부분에 개폐날개의 두께보다 상대적으로 얇은 두께로 눌림면이 형성되어 개폐날개를 이용하여 수납공간을 밀봉할 때 개폐날개의 접힘이 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 개구부를 개폐토록 하는 개폐날개의 사용편의성을 개선한 보온보냉 팩.
