상기 관통홀(11)을 개폐하도록 상기 베이스(10)의 후방측에 연결되어 회동되며 상기 베이스의 안착부(12)에 끼움 결합되는 테두리부(21) 및 상기 관통홀(11)에 끼움 결합되는 결합부(22)를 구비한 뚜껑부재(20)와;
상기 베이스(10)와 뚜껑부재(20)를 연결하는 연결부(15)와;
상기 뚜껑부재(20)의 연결편(23)이 안착되도록 베이스(10)의 후방측에 형성된 함몰부(13)에 좌우 동형으로 구비되어 상기 뚜껑부재(20)가 탄성에 의해 개방되도록 하는 한 쌍의 메인 탄성부(30)와;
상기 뚜껑부재(20)를 닫았을 때 뚜껑부재(20)의 연결편(23)을 탄성 지지하는 보조 탄성부(40); 및
