탄성 지지체(100)를 기준으로 상측에는 연질형 완충립(200)이 형성되도록 하되, 상기 완충립(200)은 납작한 원판 형태로서 완충립(200)의 직경보다 좁은 직경의 연결대(300)에 의해 탄성 지지체(100) 상면과 일체로 결합되도록 형성되고, 상기 탄성 지지체(100)의 하측에는 충격감소판(400)이 형성되도록 하되, 상기 충격감소판(400)의 저면에는 접촉돌출면(500)이 돌출되도록 형성되며, 상기 충격감소판(400)은 연질 형태로서 탄성력에 의해 상하 신축되도록 형성되고, 상기 탄성 지지체(100)는 내부측에 결합홈(110)이 형성되어 저면 개구공(120)을 관통한 플런저(10)의 상단부 결합턱(11)이 대응되면서 삽입 고정될 수 있도록 하는 물매트용 물보일러에서 소음방지 구조를 갖는 솔레노이드 밸브용 플런저 완충캡에 있어서,
