안착홈(11)을 갖추고서 수직으로 세워진 전주(1)의 상단부에 횡방향으로 나란하게 설치되는 완금(10);
안착홈(11)을 사이에 두고 완금(10)의 양단부 상면에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 완금(10)과 배전선(L)이 서로 접촉되지 않게 배전선(L)을 떠받쳐 고정하는 LP애자(20);
다각형상의 단면을 갖으며 양단부에 결합공(31a-1)이 형성된 스틱부(31a), 결합공(31a-1) 사이에 배치되게 스틱부(31a)에 끼워지는 탄성재질의 완충부(31b), 완충부(31b)에 끼워져 완충부(31b)에 의해 탄성지지되며 외주면 길이방향을 따라 요홈(31c-1)이 형성된 절연애자부(31c), 결합공(31a-1)에 끼워져 스틱부(31a)로부터 완충부(31b)와 절연애자부(31c)가 이탈되는 것을 제한하는 핀부(31d)로 이루어져 양단부가 완금(10)의 안착홈(11)에 삽탈가능하게 끼워지는 한 쌍의 서포트부재(31)와,
