성형 틀에 인입된 마스크 원단을 성형하여 생성되는 본체(102);
상기 본체(102) 양 측부에 초음파 융착에 의해 부착되는 끈(104);
상기 본체(102) 양 측부 일면에 소정길이 절개되어 그 일단이 접힘 상태로 인입되는 끈(104)을 수용하는 관통홀(106); 및
상기 관통홀(106)으로부터 본체(102) 일측으로 소정길이 절개되어 관통홀(106)에 인입된 끈(104)을 고정시키는 고정홀(108)을 포함하되,
상기 끈(104)은,
그 일단이 접힘 상태로 상기 관통홀(106)에 인입되어 고정되고, 상기 관통홀(106)에 인입되지 않은 일단과 타단이 사용자의 귀에 고정되며,
초음파 융착수단에 의해 각각의 일단 및 타단과 본체(102)의 외피 또는 내피에 부착되고, 끈 인입수단에 의해 그 일단이 고정된 상태에서 상기 관통홀(106)에 인입되며,
