직육면체 형상으로 상부면에 귀중품 또는 제품을 지지하는 평판과 상기 평판 하방으로 빈 공간을 가지는 본체;
양측면이 차폐된 반원통형으로 상기 본체의 평판 양측면의 중앙에 힌지결합되고, 정회전 회동에 의해 본체 내부로 삽입되어 평판을 개방하거나 역회전시켜 평판을 폐쇄하는 커버; 및
상기 커버를 회동시켜 평판의 개폐를 실시하는 회전구동부;를 포함하고,
상기 본체의 평판은 평면에서 볼 때 본체와 이격되어 커버가 본체 내부로 삽입되도록 삽입홈을 포함하며,
상기 커버는, 양측면 중앙 하단에 힌지가 고정결합되어 있고, 2중 압출로 제작된 금속재질로 이루어져, 최외면을 이루는 외면판, 내부면을 이루는 내면판 및 상기 외면판과 내면판 사이에 충진공간을 이루며, 충진공간에는 고춧가루 및 겨자분말의 식물약제 중 선택된 하나이상을 소정 압축하여 충진시켜 절단 시도시 분출되도록 구성되고,
