Description
The present invention relates to a cleaner.
The vacuum cleaner is a device for cleaning by sucking or wiping dust or foreign matter in the area to be cleaned.
Such a cleaner may be classified into a manual cleaner for performing cleaning while the user directly moves the cleaner, and an automatic cleaner for cleaning while driving by the user.
In addition, the manual cleaner may be classified into a canister type cleaner, an upright type cleaner, a handy type cleaner, a stick type cleaner, and the like according to the type of the cleaner.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-1127088 (registered date 2012.03.08.), Which is a prior art document, discloses a handheld vacuum cleaner.
The handheld vacuum cleaner includes a suction pipe, an airflow generator, a centrifugal separator, a power source, and a handle.
The airflow generator is also located within the motor housing and has the form of a motor and fan assembly. A premotor filter is provided at the front of the motor, and a postmotor filter is provided at the rear of the motor.
In this case, when the filter is used for a long time, dust may accumulate in the filter, and when the filter is not cleaned, dust accumulated in the filter acts as a flow resistance, thereby deteriorating suction performance.
However, in the case of the prior document, since the premotor filter is located between the airflow generator and the centrifugal separator, since the postmotor filter is surrounded by the outer housing, it is necessary to disassemble the product so that the filter can be accessed. have.
In addition, since a structure for guiding air discharged from the centrifugal separator to the motor side and a structure for guiding air passing through the motor to the post-motor filter exist separately, the number of parts increases and the structure is complicated.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaner in which a flow guide forms the suction flow path and the exhaust flow path of the suction motor, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing the number of parts.
In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaner that can ensure the width of the air flow path for flowing to the suction motor while the product becomes compact.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a cleaner that can be limited in deformation of the body forming the appearance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner capable of separating the filter mechanism and the pre-filter.

According to the proposed invention, since the inner circumferential surface of the flow guide forms the suction flow path and the outer circumferential surface of the flow guide forms the exhaust flow path, it is possible to provide a cleaner with a simplified structure.
Further, according to the present invention, since the flow path forming wall forming the first air flow path in the flow guide protrudes outward, the width of the first air flow path for flowing to the suction motor can be secured, thereby improving the air flow performance.
Further, according to the present invention, as the reinforcing ribs are provided on the flow path forming wall, the body can be prevented from being deformed toward the flow path forming wall.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the filter mechanism can be separated from the body, there is an advantage that the filter can be cleaned.
Further, according to the present invention, since the suction motor is positioned so that the impeller is located above the suction motor, the prefilter can cover the upper part of the suction motor, and thus can be separated above the prefilter when the filter mechanism is removed. .
