Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art may easily implement the present invention. Shaft through holes 11 and 21 are formed in the first and second support sections 10 and 20, and a stopper pin through hole 12 is formed at one side of the shaft through hole 11 of the first support section 10. ) Is formed and the first and second locking holes 22 (23) which are shifted by a predetermined angle (angle at which the first and second support bars are folded) to one side of the shaft passage hole 21 formed in the second support member 20. ) Is formed.
A locking piece 24 is fixed to the rear side of the second support section 20, and a buffer member 25 is fixed to the locking piece 24.
This allows the first support member 10 to be caught and held in a stable state while the first and second support members 10 and 20 are unfolded, and at the same time, the first support member is supported by the shock absorbing member 25. The liver 10 is intended to minimize the phenomenon that the shock is transmitted during walking.
The main body 20 is formed so that the first support inter-pass groove 31 through which the first support inter-pass 10 passes on both sides, and the shaft passage hole 32 through which the shaft 70 passes in the center portion thereof. A stopper pin through hole 33 is formed on both sides of the shaft through hole 32.
The stopper 40 has a stopper pin 41 fitted into each stopper pin through hole 33 formed in the main body 30 so as to protrude and is fixed to the guide rod 63 in a direction orthogonal to the stopper pin 41. A coupling hole 42 fitted in the groove is formed.
As shown in FIG. 5, the movable member 50 has an upper portion open to allow the stopper 40 to be fitted therein, and a lower portion of the movable member 50 to form a stopper insertion groove 52. ) Is formed.
The cover 60 is formed with a first support interpass groove 61 coinciding with the first support interpass groove 31 formed in the main body 30 and a through hole so that the handle 53 is exposed to the outside at the center thereof. 62 is formed, and the upper and lower guide rods 63 to which the elastic member 80 is fitted are formed.
The shaft 70 and the nut 71 are fastened by passing through the shaft through holes 11, 21, 32 formed in the first supporting member 10, the main body 30, and the second supporting member 20. The main body 30 and the cover 60 are integrated by a plurality of screws 72.
Referring to the operation of the present invention.
First, in the state where no external force is applied to the movable member 50, as shown in FIG. 4A, the stopper 40 moves to the main body 30 side by the restoring force of the elastic member 80, so that the stopper pin 41 supports the second. The first locking hole 22 formed in the liver 20 is inserted into the first and second support rods 10 and 20 to maintain the unfolded state, so that the user may use it as a normal walking assistance vehicle.
However, in order to fold the first and second support rods 10 and 20 for carrying or storage, the handle 53 must be pulled to release the stopper pin 41.
That is, when the handle 53 is gripped and pulled forward to fold the first and second support sections 10 and 20, the stopper 40 is inserted into the stopper insertion groove 52 of the movable member 50 as shown in FIG. 4B. Is inserted into the first locking hole 22 while the stopper pin 41, which is caught in the first locking hole 22 of the second support section 20 by the restoring force of the elastic member 80, compresses the elastic member 80. Since the first and second support rods 10 and 20 are released, the first and second support rods 10 and 20 are folded.
After the first and second support rods 10 and 20 are folded in the above-described operation, when the external force is removed from the handle 53, the stopper 40 restores the initial state by the restoring force of the elastic member 80 to support the second support. Inserted into the second locking hole 23 formed in the liver 20, the first and second support rods 10 and 20, as shown in FIG.
On the other hand, when the user wants to unfold the walking assistance vehicle folded as shown in FIG. 6, as described above, the grip member 53 is gripped and the movable member 50 is pulled, so as to hold the second locking hole 23 of the second support interval 20. The stopper 40 is released from the pulley 53 after releasing the locking state of the stopper pin 41 that is inserted into the first and second support rods 10 and 20, and then removing the external force from the pulled handle 53. Advance by the restoring force of the 80 to be caught by the first engaging hole 22 formed in the second support between the 20, the first and second support between the 10 (20) to maintain the unfolded state.
In this way, after the first and second support rods 10 and 20 are unfolded, the extent to which the first support rod 10 is caught by the catching piece 24 fixed to the second support rod 20 is limited. Since the first support 10 is in contact with the bottom surface of the buffer member 25 is to minimize the phenomenon that the shock is transmitted to the user's arm or hand.
