Description
The present invention relates to a lightweight LED luminaire with enhanced waterproof, and more particularly, an environment continuously exposed to moisture such as a fishing lamp installed outdoors or a fishing boat such as a street lamp. In constructing the LED luminaire used in the LED, the back cover is directly bonded to the circuit board on which the LED is mounted, so that the weight of the LED is significantly reduced so that it can be handled more easily. The waterproof packing for electric wires formed according to the thickness of the wire can be installed without using a separate pressure device, so that even if it is used for a long time in the state of being exposed to moisture, the waterproof function prevents salt and moisture from entering the luminaire. In general, led fish-luring lamps are rapidly developed due to the active heat dissipation design, research on preferred wavelengths of fish species subject to daylighting, optical lens design, research projects through demonstration ships, and fishery equipment improvement projects. Meanwhile, in order to prevent moisture from penetrating into the luminaire in the configuration of the waterproof type LED luminaire, it is common to apply liquid silicone to the coupling portion of the circuit board and the back cover, which is a contact surface portion that may be in contact with moisture.
However, the liquid silicone applied to the bonding portion of the circuit board and the back cover in this way requires about 24 hours of curing time at room temperature, and the application of the liquid silicone can be easily performed, but the liquid After application of silicone, disassembly or reassembly is impossible, and it is inevitable that water is not completely waterproof because micro spaces are formed in the liquid silicone working part that is applied after the removal of liquid silicon during rework for repair. there is a problem.
In addition, due to the characteristics of the waterproof LED luminaires, waterproof inspection is performed after assembly.The curing time of liquid silicone takes a long time, so it is not competitive to produce the product. Even in the case of good quality products that have undergone the process, in the marine environment, the waterproof function is gradually lost due to deformation due to strong waves, salinity and temperature difference, which causes secondary failure of the LED luminaire.
When salt is penetrated due to poor waterproofing, it causes corrosion of LED elements, internal wiring, and soldering parts, resulting in total failure of LED lighting fixtures, resulting in a huge loss in post-management costs.
In order to solve such a conventional problem, various technologies have been developed, and as an example, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1658460 (name: waterproof LED lighting device, hereinafter referred to as 'prior art') has been proposed. .
The prior art is a frame in which a plurality of members constituting a lighting device including a diffuser plate, a light guide plate, a cover member, and an LED substrate are fixedly installed in a rectangular frame shape; An LED substrate formed in a strip shape and fixedly installed along the inner wall surface of the frame in a state in which a plurality of LEDs are provided and selectively driven to provide a predetermined light source; A light guide plate formed in a rectangular plate shape and fixed to the frame at a height corresponding to the LEDs provided on the LED substrate to uniformly distribute light sources from the plurality of LEDs; A diffuser plate formed in a rectangular plate shape and disposed on a lower surface of the light guide plate to be fixed to the frame to form a lower surface of the lighting device, the diffuser plate performing a light diffusion effect on the light source passing through the light guide plate; It comprises a cover member fixed to the frame to form a rectangular plate form the upper surface of the lighting device; Along the edges of the diffusion plate and the cover member in contact with the frame, a silicone is applied to completely seal the inside of the lighting device to impart a waterproof function; The frame is formed so that four members having a bar shape are fixedly coupled to form a rectangular frame shape. As a result, moisture or salts contained in the moisture cannot flow into the front surface of the circuit board constituting the LED luminaire. Therefore, even if it is used for a long time, a failure does not occur and the lifespan can be prevented in advance. The effect is to improve.
