Claims (20)

개발자와 개발 의뢰자 사이의 개발 프로젝트를 중개하는 중개 시스템에 있어서,
개발자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터로부터 해당 개발자의 기 개발 결과물과 개발 조건 정보를 수신하여 등록 및 관리하는 포트폴리오 등록부;
개발 의뢰자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터에 상기 등록된 기 개발 결과물 및 개발 조건의 검색을 허용하고, 검색 조건 입력 시 해당 조건에 매칭되는 기 개발 결과물 및 개발 조건을 검색하여 제공하는 포트폴리오 매칭부;
개발 의뢰자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터로부터 개발 프로젝트 정보를 수신하여 등록 및 관리하는 프로젝트 등록부; 및
개발자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터에 상기 등록된 개발 프로젝트 정보의 검색을 허용하고, 해당 클라이언트 컴퓨터로부터 개발 제안 정보를 수신하여 등록 및 관리하는 프로젝트 매칭부를 포함하고,
상기 포트폴리오 등록부는 상기 수신된 기 개발 결과물과 개발 조건 정보 가운데 검증 과정을 통해 검증된 기 개발 결과물과 개발 조건 정보를 등록하며,
상기 기 개발 결과물은 소스 코드, 프로그램, 결과물 이미지 및 결과물 저장 서버 접속 주소 가운데 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 개발 조건 정보는 개발 환경, 개발 비용, 개발 일정 및 개발 인력 가운데 적어도 하나를 포함하며,
상기 포트폴리오 매칭부는 상기 검색 조건으로 비교 대상 결과물에 접근할 수 있는 접속 주소를 입력받고,
상기 포트폴리오 매칭부는 상기 주소에 접속하여 해당 주소와 연관된 페이지 및 해당 페이지를 제공하는 시스템을 자동으로 분석하고, 해당 분석 결과와 등록된 기 개발 결과물 및 개발 조건을 비교하여 매칭결과를 제공하며,
상기 포트폴리오 매칭부는 상기 페이지 및 해당 페이지를 제공하는 시스템을 분석하여, 해당 페이지의 개발 언어, 운영 시스템(OS), 운영 서버의 종류, 운영 서버의 구성, 프레임워크 및 데이터베이스의 종류 가운데 적어도 하나를 분석하고,
상기 포트폴리오 매칭부는 상기 분석 결과와 등록된 기 개발 결과물 및 개발 조건을 비교하여 하기 수학식 1을 통해 점수를 산정하고, 점수가 높은 순으로 매칭결과를 제공하며,

상기 포트폴리오 매칭부는 상기 개발 조건 가운데 적어도 하나의 정보를 검색 키워드로 추출하여 자동으로 외부에 공개된 개발 결과물을 검색하고,
상기 프로젝트 등록부는 상기 수신된 개발 제안 정보 가운데 검증 과정을 통해 검증된 개발 제안 정보를 등록하며,
운영자 또는 별도의 운영 위원회로부터 개발 의뢰자와 개발자 사이에 매칭된 프로젝트에 대한 프로젝트 목표, 프로젝트 스케줄, 프로젝트 소요 비용 현황 및 프로젝트 진척도의 검증 결과를 입력받아 개발자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터 및 개발 의뢰자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터에 제공하는 프로젝트 관리부, 및 상기 개발 의뢰자의 클라이언트 컴퓨터로부터 개발 완료 승인이 수신되는 경우, 상기 개발자의 계좌에 개발 금액을 입금하는 비용 중개부를 더 포함하는 개발 프로젝트 중개 시스템.In a mediation system that mediates development projects between a developer and a client,
