Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing system, and more particularly, to a fire extinguishing head for both a fire extinguishing gas and a sprinkler, and a fire extinguishing system using the same.
A sprinkler is an automatic fire-extinguishing system that generally fires water particles to extinguish a fire. The sprinkler used for fire extinguishing is a fixed fire extinguishing system that automatically extinguishes fire from the sprinkler head installed in the ceiling scene. It is usually aimed at the digestion of mid-term fire. The wet facility in the sprinkler system is a mechanism that is filled with water in the piping from the pump to the head and immediately sprinkles as soon as the glass bulb mounted on the sprinkler head ruptures by heat.
It is a stationary or mobile facility that stores carbon dioxide in a constant high-pressure vessel for the purpose of extinguishing the fire extinguishing facility using the extinguishing gas such as CO 2 for the purpose of extinguishing by the suffocation and the cooling effect, and it is sprayed to the fire point manually or automatically in case of fire. This facility is to cut off the supply of oxygen, one of the three major elements of combustion, and extinguish it. Generally, it is composed of fire extinguisher storage container, fire detection device, injection head, starter, sound alarm, automatic closing device of protection zone, control panel, and emergency power source.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a sprinkler fire extinguishing system, FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a fire extinguishing gas extinguishing system, and FIG. 3 is an example of an installation operation of a general sprinkler fire extinguishing system and a fire extinguishing gas extinguishing system.
The sprinkler fire extinguishing
The fire extinguishing gas extinguishing
In general, the sprinkler fire extinguishing
When a fire occurs in a protected area (sprinkler protection zone (A)) by the sprinkler fire extinguishing system (1), the fire extinguisher must be released immediately, but there may be cases where the fire extinguishing water is not normally emitted. In this case, the fire brigade must immediately dispatch and carry out fire extinguishing work. However, since the fire spreads rapidly during that period, the scale of the damage increases to that extent.
The

The sprinkler

The fire extinguishing
The fire extinguishing
Here, each connection point may be a point before entering the respective protection zone. That is, the connection point P1 with the extinguishing
A first valve (V1) is installed upstream of the extinguishing water pipe (114) with respect to the first connection point (P1). Here, the extinguished

A third valve (V3) is installed at the other end of the connection pipe (140) connected to the second connection point (P2). A fourth valve (V4) is installed downstream of the extinguishing gas piping (124) with respect to the second connection point (P2). Here, the extinguishing gas piping 124 assumes that the extinguishing
Each valve operates in conjunction with each other. The first valve V1 and the fourth valve V4 perform the same operation and the second valve V2 and the third valve V3 perform the same operation.
When the first valve V1 is opened, the second valve V2 and the third valve V3 are closed and the fourth valve V4 is opened (see FIG. 4).
In this case, the sprinkler fire extinguishing area A is normally connected to the sprinkler
Conversely, when the first valve V1 is closed, the second valve and the third valve V3 are opened and the fourth valve V4 is closed (see Fig. 5).
In this case, in the emergency situation in which the sprinkler
The valves (V1 to V4) can be controlled to be opened or closed by the
When the fire in the sprinkler fire prevention area A is detected but the operation of the sprinkler
The structure of a fire extinguishing gas and a sprinkler jet head according to one example is shown in Fig.
The fire extinguishing gas and
The
The
The
As the ambient temperature rises when a fire occurs, the fluid contained in the
However, even if a fire occurs, there arises a problem that the digestion water is not released when the
In this embodiment, in order to solve this problem, digestion gas is to be introduced into the through
For general sprinkler heads, according to National Fire Safety Standards, the watertightness of the tip is limited to at least 0.1 MPa and maximum 1.2 MPa. And the tip radial pressure of the extinguishing gas (for example, CO 2 gas) is set to be 2.1 MPa or more, which is twice that of the sprinkler facility.
벌브캡(250)의 탈락 압력이 1.2Mpa(최대 선단 방수압력) 이상 2.1MPa(최소 선단 방사압력) 이하가 되도록 설정한다. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the
That is, the law stipulates that the watertight pressure at the tip of the extinguishing water does not exceed a maximum of 1.2 MPa. As a result, it is possible to prevent water from being extinguished in a normal state. When the extinguishing gas is introduced in the emergency state, the
The structure of a fire extinguishing gas and sprinkler jet head according to another example is shown in Fig.
The spraying
The
The length of the
7, when the
Here, the
Therefore, when the fire extinguishing gas and
Hereinafter, an extinguishing method performed in the extinguishing system using the extinguishing gas and the sprinkler-jet head according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
First, it is detected that a fire has occurred in the sprinkler protection zone A (step S300). The detection of the occurrence of a fire can be performed by using various fire detection sensors (for example, a thermal sensor, a smoke sensor, a flame sensor, etc.).
In this case, in a normal state, the sprinkler
Therefore, it is determined whether or not the fire extinguishing water is emitted to the sprinkler protection zone A (step S310). Whether or not the fire extinguishing water is irradiated can be achieved by using a moisture sensor disposed in the sprinkler protection zone A.
As a result of analyzing the measured value of the moisture sensor, if it is determined that the water is not waterproof, the
The
The valve control in the
The
The extinguishing gas discharged from the extinguishing
