The thermodynamic cycle of the gas turbine can ideally follow the Brayton cycle. The Breton cycle consists of four processes leading to isentropic compression (adiabatic compression), constant pressure heat radiation, isentropic expansion (adiabatic expansion), and static pressure heat radiation. In other words, after sucking the air in the air and compressing it to a high pressure, the fuel is burned in a constant pressure environment to release heat energy, and the high temperature combustion gas is expanded to kinetic energy, and then the exhaust gas containing residual energy is discharged to the atmosphere . That is, the cycle is performed in four steps of compression, heating, expansion, and heat radiation. The description of the present invention can be widely applied to a turbine engine having a configuration equivalent to that of the gas turbine 1000 exemplarily shown in FIG.
The
The
The
The gas turbine may be a gas fuel and a liquid fuel, or a composite fuel in which they are combined, and the fuel fluid in the present invention means them. It is important to make a combustion environment to reduce the amount of emission gas such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides which are subject to the legal regulation. Although it is relatively difficult to control the combustion, there is an advantage that the combustion gas temperature can be lowered, There is a large amount of premixed combustion.
In the case of premixed combustion, in the
A plurality of
The
The high-temperature, high-pressure combustion gas produced in the
Hereinafter, a transition piece according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 3 is a perspective view illustrating an inner transition piece according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The combustion gas generated in the
The
Since there is no leakage of the combustion gas flowing from the
Each of the
The cooling efficiency by impact cooling of the compressed air is determined by the size of the area where the compressed air impacts and the time the compressed air flows after the impact.
In the present invention, the cooling efficiency of the
5, the first to third
6, the first to third
7, the first to third
8, the first to third
9, the first through third
Further, the pin-shaped protrusions constituting the
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the first to third
12, various shapes of the first through third
