이동통신 단말기(100)를 보호하기 위한 외측 케이스(1)를 구성함에 있어서,
케이스 본체(10)에 이동통신 단말기(100)의 내장스피커(102)로부터 발생되는 음향을 외부로 배출시키기 위한 음향통로(12)를 구성하고, 상기 음향통로(12)의 중간엔 이동통신 단말기(100)의 내장스피커(102)로부터 발생되는 음향에 의하여 반응하는 진동판 부재(2)를 설치하여 구성이 이루어지되,
상기 음향통로(12)의 끝부분엔 음향배출구(14)를 설치하고,
상기 외측 케이스(1)의 음향통로(12)는 케이스 본체(10)에 직접 형성하되, 이동통신 단말기(100)와 이격되어 간극형태의 공간이 형성된 형태로 이루어지고,
상기 음향통로(12)는 이동통신 단말기(100)의 저부나 후부에 위치하는 내장스피커(102)를 모두 수용할 수 있도록 케이스 본체(10)의 저부 내측이나 후부를 이용하여 공간을 형성하여 이루어지고,
상기 진동판 부재(2)는 얇은 박판 형태로서 내장 스피커(102)로부터 발생되는 음향에 의하여 진동 형태로 반응할 수 있게 이루어지고, 케이스 본체(10)에 분리 결합이 가능하게 설치하여 이루어지되, 상기 케이스 본체(10)에 미리 슬라이드 결합홈(16)을 형성하고 상기 진동판 부재(2)를 상기 슬라이드 결합홈(16)에 끼워 결합하며,
상기 음향배출구(14)를 음향 통로(12)보다 높이를 크게 형성하되,
