Description
The present invention relates to a sterile packaging pouch comprising a sterilant used in a sterilizer and more particularly to a sterile packaging pouch comprising sterilization packaging pouches for sterilization, To a packaging container.
A chemical sterilizer is a device that performs a desiccation process at a low temperature using a gas such as hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) and chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 ) as a sterilizing agent.
In a conventional chemical sterilizer using hydrogen peroxide as a sterilizing agent, a base vacuum pressure of 5 torr or less is formed in a sterilization chamber and the sterilizing agent is supplied. In such a vacuum state, For example, at 55 ° C. For sterilization, the sterilant which has been vaporized into the chamber is supplied. At this time, the amount of the sterilizing agent supplied may be determined so that the sterilizing agent is supplied at a temperature below the maximum pressure (for example, 70 torr or less) that can be maintained in the gaseous state at the set temperature. Thus, the sterilizing agent can be maintained in a gaseous state to transfer the sterilization article inside the chamber and the inside of the chamber, and to perform a successful sterilization process.
Conventional plasma sterilizers generally have sterilization chambers of several tens liter or more and supply sterilizing agent at a low temperature of about 55 o C to several milliliters. If the sterilizing agent is injected above the vaporization pressure, partial condense occurs inside the sterilizer and it is difficult to sufficiently transfer the sterilizing article to the article, so that sufficient sterilization may not be performed. Also, such high-oxidizing sterilizing agents in the interior or on the surface of the object may increase the probability of remaining in the sterilizing agent even after the process, resulting in exposure to the user, which makes it difficult to secure safety of the sterilization process. On the other hand, if a sufficient amount of sterilant is not injected, the concentration of the sterilant in the sterilization apparatus is low, and the sterilization efficiency is low and it is difficult to achieve successful sterilization. Supplying such a sterilizing agent in a predetermined amount is required to ensure the reliability and safety of the sterilization process.
It is one of the most important tasks to secure sterilization reliability in application to a medical sterilizer. In the medical industry, a level of sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10 -6 is required, and it is common to see the above-mentioned sterilization confidence level in a half-cycle evaluation in order to guarantee this. For this purpose, the same sterilization process is defined twice and the sterilization level is achieved in the semi-process single sterilization process. For this purpose, the supply of sterilant also requires double injection in the same amount.
The medical plasma sterilizer uses hydrogen peroxide as a sterilant. Hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) is vaporized during storage or decomposed into water (H 2 O) and oxygen (O 2 ), and the sealed container with the sealed structure is pressurized by the gas due to the vaporization and decomposition reactions . If the sealing structure is not perfect, leakage will occur due to the increased pressure, and the sterility of the sterilizing agent can not be ensured. In addition, the sterilant may remain around the storage container due to leakage of water, and direct exposure to the sterilizing agent may occur, making it difficult to secure safety.
In order to prevent secondary infections and cross-infections after the sterilization process, the conventional sterilizer performs a sterilization process with the sterilization target packaged in the pouch. For an effective sterilization process, one side of the film of the pouch is cleaned with TIVEK Is commonly used. On the other hand, a transparent film (for example, PE, PET or PE-PET film) is used so that an internal sterilizing object can be seen. Here, the selective permeability permits permeation of the sterilizing agent through the film to perform the sterilization process and to maintain the sterility after the sterilization process due to the impermeability of the bacteria. However, during the sterilization process, The film is partially absorbed and consequently the sterilizing agent is lost and the efficiency of the sterilization process is poor. In order to prevent the user from being exposed to the sterilizing agent absorbed or remaining on the surface of the packaging pouch film after the process, a purification process is required.
After the sterilization process, the sterilization process is performed in an additional sterilization chamber by vacuum forming, aeration, plasma discharge, The sterilization agent remaining on the inside of the packaging pouch, film, and film is removed to ensure user safety. However, such an indirect purification process is not efficient in removing the sterilizing agent remaining on the sterilization target object, and a long time purification process is required to secure user safety.
The Korean patent application KR 10-2017-0017023 A Disclosed is a plasma source configured to provide a sterilant to a packaging container and a vacuum pouch formed of a vacuum pouch capable of vacuum sealing. However, the sterilant produced by the plasma source does not provide sufficient sterilization performance.
Accordingly, the present inventors have found that a sterilization apparatus that includes a sterilizing agent injection block that allows direct injection of a sterilizing agent into a packaging container without using a film having selective permeability and sterilizes the sterilization agent injection block to sterilize a predetermined amount of the sterilizing agent The present invention has been completed with a packaging container.
A problem to be solved by the present invention is to store a sterilizing agent in a sterilized packaging container in order to increase the efficiency of sterilization and improve the preservability of the sterilant, extract the sterilant stored in the sterilization container, And to provide a sterilized packaging container.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sterilized packaging container for sealing the sterilized packaging container with a predetermined amount of the sterilant completely to secure the preservability and user safety of the sterilant.
Another problem to be solved by the present invention is to extract sterilant contained in a sterilized packaging container through a structure such as a needle in the sterilized packaging container and to sterilize the extracted sterilant using a module such as a vaporizer And the sterilization process can be performed by supplying the sterilization process again to the inside of the packaging container to perform the sterilization process.

Chemical sterilization using a sterilizing agent is typically carried out using a TIVEK ?? Is placed inside the sterilization chamber. When the sterilizing agent is injected into the sterilization chamber, the sterilizing agent permeates the packaging paper to sterilize the object to be processed in the packaging paper. The sterilization efficiency of this type of sterilization is drastically reduced by a separate wrapping paper. In addition, the wrapper requires an additional long period of cleaning process to remove the sterilant adsorbed in the sterilization process. As the sterilant is injected into the sterilization chamber, a large amount of sterilant is used. The sterilizing agent may cause environmental pollution. Further, the sterilizing agent is usually subjected to an exhaust purification process before being exhausted to the outside. This exhaust purification process deteriorates the performance of the vacuum pump. Therefore, a new sterilization method using a small amount of sterilant is required.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, in order to carry out the sterilization process, a vacuum sterilized wrapping paper is used instead of the sterilization chamber. The vacuum sterilized wrapping paper may be delivered directly by the user or stored for a long time after the sterilization process is completed. When the sterilizing agent is injected into the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper, the volume defined by the vacuum sterilization wrapping paper is significantly smaller than that of the conventional sterilization chamber. Therefore, the amount of the sterilizing agent used can be significantly reduced.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper is evacuated to a vacuum state under atmospheric pressure by a vacuum pump, and then the sterilant may be injected into the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper. When the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper is in an atmospheric pressure environment, the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper shrinks due to a pressure difference between the inside and the outside, and it is difficult to secure a space for spreading the sterilant. In order to provide a diffusion space for the sterilizing agent, the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper may be placed in a vacuum chamber maintained at a pressure lower than the pressure of the vacuum sterilization wrapping paper. Accordingly, the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper expands due to a low external pressure to secure a space for diffusion. Thus, the secured space can provide a path through which the sterilizing agent can diffuse, thereby stably sterilizing the object such as a lumen. The vacuum chamber is for controlling the external pressure of the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper, and the sterilant is not exposed to the inner wall of the vacuum chamber. Accordingly, the air exhausted from the vacuum chamber may be separately purified and not exhausted. Therefore, only the sterilant injected into the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper can be selectively purified and discharged.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizing agent is directly injected into the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper which can be vacuum-sealed using the non-permeable film, and the sterilizing efficiency is improved by the limited sterilizing agent diffusion space. Also, a user safety problem that occurs when the sterilizing agent is absorbed by the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper or remains on the outer surface of the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper can be solved. In addition, the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper can be packaged in a vacuum and can be stored for a long time in a sterilized state. The vacuum sterilized wrapping paper can maintain the sterilized state even in a contaminated environment, a high temperature environment, and a high humidity environment. The sterilizing agent injection port (or the sterilizer injection block) of the vacuum sterilization wrapping paper may be sealed by elasticity of an elastic body such as silicone rubber. The elastic body may provide vacuum evacuation or anti-bacterial agent injection to the outside by the needles.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the volume of the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper is secured by using a vacuum chamber outside the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper without forming a flow path such as an emboss pattern, thereby providing a diffusion space for sterilizing agent.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to secure the volume of the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper in order to effectively spread the sterilant in the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper and supply the sterilant to the sterilization subject after the direct sterilization agent is supplied to the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper For this purpose, an effective sterilization process was made possible by using a vacuum chamber outside the vacuum sterilized packaging paper.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum sterile wrapper is combined with a sterilizing agent injection block to provide a sealed interior space. The sterilizing agent injection block may include a sterilizing agent injection passage for injecting a sterilizing agent from the outside and a sterilizing agent storage portion for storing sterilizing agent. The vacuum sterilized wrapping paper may be formed of a PE (polyethylene) film. The vacuum-sterilized wrapping paper is sealed in a state in which the article to be processed is sealed, and a vacuum sterilization wrapping paper is vacuum-formed and a sterilant can be directly supplied through the sterilization block provided in the vacuum sterilization wrapping paper.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum sterilized wrapper comprises a sterilant injection block. Wherein the sterilizing agent injection block includes a sterilizing agent storage portion capable of containing a sterilizing agent, the needle extracting the sterilizing agent from the sterilizing agent storage portion, the vaporizer vaporizing and activating the extracted sterilizing agent, Sterilized packaging material can be injected into the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper. Accordingly, the separate sterilizing cartridge can be removed. The sterilizing agent storage portion may be formed at a depressed portion in the sterilizing agent injection block, and the sterilizing agent storage portion may be sealed with a stopper made of a material such as silicone rubber having elasticity. When the sterilizing agent storage part stores a sterilizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide and is sealed with the stopper part, the hydrogen peroxide decomposes into water and oxygen when about one week has elapsed, and the oxygen is decomposed into the inside of the sterilizing agent storage part The pressure can be increased. Thus, the sealing ability of the cap portion is lowered by the strong pressure, and the hydrogen peroxide leaked through the gap of the cap portion can peel off the vacuum sterilized wrapping paper covering the cap portion. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of peeling by the hydrogen peroxide, the sealing film can seal the sterilizing agent storage portion by thermocompression bonding. Thus, the peeling phenomenon due to the leakage of the hydrogen peroxide can be suppressed.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sterilizing agent storage part is firstly sealed using a sealing film having moisture impermeability, is secondarily sealed through a stopper part having elasticity again, and finally, It can be sealed. The sealing film may be a laminated film of a PE film and a PET film. The PE film is made of the same material as the sterilizing agent injection block and can improve the thermocompression performance. Also, the PET film may have a lower moisture permeability than the PE film. Accordingly, the sterilizing agent can be sealed by the sealing film and can be stored for a long period of time.
The needle having a sharp end pierces the stopper and the sealing film to extract the sterilizing agent stored in the sterilizing agent storage portion. When the needle is removed, the stopper blocks the needle-punched space due to elasticity, thereby preventing the remaining sterilizing agent from leaking to the outside. The extracted sterilizing agent is vaporized through a vaporizer, and sterilized in the vacuum sterilized packaging paper.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, an appropriate amount of sterilizing agent is stored for the volume of the packaging container by storing the sterilizing agent in the sterilizing agent injection block. The non-breathable sealing film seals the sterilizing agent, and the elastic body such as silicone again seals. Accordingly, the sterilizing agent can be stably stored for a long time. In addition, in the process of extracting the sterilizing agent contained in the sterilizing agent injection block, leakage of the sterilizing agent does not occur, thereby ensuring safety of the user and reliability of the sterilizing process.
In addition, it is possible to carry out a reliable sterilization process by transmitting information on the amount of sterilant injected by using a code such as a barcode or a QR code printed on a wrapping paper or a sterilant injection block, the kind of packaging container, have. In addition, warning display can be performed when the used vacuum-sterilized wrapping paper is loaded again into the vacuum chamber by using information such as a bar code. Further, information such as a bar code can be used to set the process mode according to this information.
