Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a seat belt assembly, and more particularly, to a seat belt assembly that improves the ease of assembling in a process.
Generally, the vehicle includes a seat belt for the safety of the occupant. The seat belt can secure the passenger to the seat. Seat belts should not cause discomfort to passengers while driving. In addition, the seat belt must be able to protect passengers in an emergency.
On the other hand, the seat belt assembly includes a plurality of components, some of which are mounted inside the vehicle. Also, some of the components are fluidly connected to other components.
Fig. 1 is a view showing a seat belt assembly 1 according to the prior art, and Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing a part of the seat belt assembly 1 shown in Fig.
1 and 2, a seat belt assembly 1 according to the related art includes a
It is natural that these defects are linked to the cost burden of the operators.
For example, assuming that the defective rate is 10%, and thus the production cost of one product is about 1,000 won, the company will suffer a loss of about 500 million won when producing 500,000 products. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the percentage of defects generated in manufacturing the seat belt assembly 1.
An embodiment of the present invention is to provide a seat belt assembly capable of preventing the spring from being caught in a process of assembling with a rivet.
In order to achieve the above object, a seat belt assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base frame mounted on a vehicle, a buckle bracket connected to a buckle for a seat belt, and a buckle bracket rotatably connected to a base frame And a spring disposed between the head portion and the buckle bracket. The spring includes a coil portion extending in the form of a coil to surround the outer circumferential surface of the body portion, and a coil portion surrounding the end portion of the coil portion adjacent to the buckle bracket Preventing coil portion extending along the outer circumferential surface of the body portion and having a radius of curvature larger than that of the coil portion.
The spring includes a first connecting portion extending from one end of the coil portion adjacent to the head portion and a first connecting portion extending from the one end of the coil portion in one direction, A second connection portion extending toward the second connection portion; And a second latching part disposed at an end of the second connection part and hooked to the buckle bracket.
Further, the fitting prevention winding portion is further spaced from the outer peripheral surface of the body portion than the coil portion according to the radius of curvature thereof.
It is preferable that the fitting prevention winding section is movable between the first point and the second point so that the first point and the second point can be changed in accordance with the set change in the position and the radius of curvature connected to the end of the coil section .
According to the present invention, when the buckle bracket and the base frame are riveted, it is possible to prevent a part of the spring from being caught between the buckle bracket and the body portion of the rivet.
Therefore, it is not necessary to assemble the buckle bracket with the rivet while confirming that a part of the spring is not caught in the process of assembling the buckle bracket and the base frame, so that convenience and easiness of assembling can be improved. In addition, it is possible to improve the defect rate due to the fixing of the spring.

Hereinafter, a
3 is an exploded view showing a
The
In order to prevent this, the
The
Here, the diameter of the first
The protruding length of the
In addition, the length of the first
However, the second
Referring to FIG. 3, the
The
The
5 is a perspective view showing the spring shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 6 is a front view showing the spring shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 is a front view showing the spring shown in Fig. 5 is a rear view showing the spring shown in Fig. 5, and Fig. 8 is a plan view showing the spring shown in Fig.
The first axis A1 and the second axis A2 are orthogonal to each other and pass through a plane P perpendicular to the center axis C of the
The
Here, the first point K and the second point L are set at a point where the connection of the end portion of the
9 (a) shows a first embodiment of the above contents. The end portion of the
9 (b) shows the second embodiment. The end portion of the
9 (C) shows the third embodiment. The end portion of the
Although the invention made by the present inventors has been described concretely with reference to the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it goes without saying that various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
