상기 결속부(31)는 케이스커버(30)의 개방된 선단에서 요(凹)형상의 단턱끼움홈(32)이 길이방향으로 이동공간(H)을 갖게 형성되며, 판스프링(50)의 양단부를 절곡한 분리방지턱(51)이 상기 단턱끼움홈(32)에 끼워진 상태에서 커버캡(38)을 단턱끼움홈(32)에 결합시켜 상기 판스프링(50)의 분리방지턱(51)이 이동공간(H) 내에서 슬라이드 이동가능하게 구성하여,
