상기 다른 단말과의 통신상태, 상기 제어부의 부하(load)상태 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 단말상태에 기초하여, 상기 제어부를 통하여 재생(reproducing) 가능하도록 상기 다른 단말에서 컨버팅된 콘텐츠를 획득하는 제1 모드와 상기 콘텐츠를 획득하여 상기 컨버터에서 컨버팅은 제2 모드 중 어느 하나의 모드로 동작하도록 제어하고,
상기 제1 포맷은 상기 콘텐츠가 상기 적어도 하나의 다른 단말에서는 재생 가능하지만 이동 단말기에서는 재생 불가능한 포맷이며, 상기 제2 포맷은 상기 제1 포맷의 컨텐츠가 상기 이동 단말기에서 재생 가능하도록 포맷이 변경된 상태이며,
